I think most have now assumed it will happen. When you release no games generally people will not buy the console. Lesson not learnt.

Animal crossing did wonders on the west on the DS but different market now. Still with the right push I would still expect it to do very well in the US.

Wasnt bothered about this but the fact they have actually made an effort with the port and seeked to improve the game means I may just buy this now.

We do. There is still plenty of 3DS games that we need release dates for and confirmed localisations.

Media Create Sales: Week 6, 2013 (Feb 04 - Feb 10) Animal Crossing went up. A beast!! Nice opening for Dragon Quest. The 3DS is unstoppable. The Wii U manages to still stay above 10k. Vita still dead. The 3DS will be past the Wii Ltd sales soon.

My 3DS really is going to be my go to console this year.

Seems like Nintendo really underestimated the demand in the US and didnt ship enough copies.

Why are US and PAL releases @ not at the same time. Dont quite understand why with some games that are localised we have them released months apart in the US and Europe.

Its totally stupid and its absurd that ubisoft even suggested the idea.

The vita's doing terribly. The dire wii u figures don't change that the vita numbers are dreadful. The worrying thing is the uk is the strongest market in Europe for the vita and it's doing nothing great here. Will be interesting to see the NPD numbers as Pachter last month said the Wii U did 600k in December and he was wrong. If the Wii U does do 125k in Jan it would actually be better than I feared. Worried it could go below 100k. The DS seems like its going to keep hurting the 3DS numbers in the US for ages.

They will no doubt try and market as improved with the gampad making it the better experience.

As soon as the whole process of purchasing tables is a lot easier on the wii u I will consider it.

Just one problem if one already bought these when they were originally released months and months ago.
