You're calling this the first ever Nintendo published game that will go multiplat then? Sure, shit happens, but let's be sensible. Metacritic isn't the best metric, for the very reason that those two reviews that go against the grain of the vast majority of reviews, can unfairly have a knock on effect and paint a false picture. Still, it's at 79% so far - for metaceitic that is bloody good and, as I myself anyway predicted, looks like it will level out at an 8'ish/10 game... I'm not sure when an 8/10 became a 'bad' game. Anyway, it's your call if you want to give any credibility to 2 out of 50 reviews which go off on tangent and wait for it to come to Xbox, just don't hold your breath is all I'd say.

So it has now been confirmed the PC versions is getting an HD texture pack update... no word on Wii U, but, it isn't out yet and we know Wii U can handle high quality PC textures... soooioo... you still never know.

I think people should reflect on this post. It's all well and good to take the piss or just say the person is a nob'ed, but obviously people do these things for a reason or compulsion borne out of some kind of stress or void in their life. I went to school with a lad who made up loads, and loads of pointles lies and stories; at he end of the day he came from a broken home and was forced to change his 2nd name when his mum re-married whilst his dad lived a few streets away and made no attempt to see him. The human mind is such a complex organ and humans are subject to amazing amounts of stress in the modern age, so I'd try and not take affects like this personally or to heart if you can. Personally, I think the guy in the OP has great imagination, he should try and write a book or a film script or something lol.

We're not involved in the project so we don't know. I just think it would involve a lot of work. Maybe it was a planned Wii release that's why the grunt work, ground textures being the main one, looks like it does, and assets/models like rock pikmin, enemies, plants etc, look considerably better.

I don't know, I imagine it would be a lot of work because there's a hell of a lot of ground and the game's already late.

? Have you got a link? Seen quotes but didn't seen anything about graphics mentioned. I think this might end up being one of those mixed bags in the graphics department, but most people will forget about that once it's all in motion. Remember the footage we seen in the cave with the fire and lighting effects and some of the bigger enemies we've seen, they look great. Looks like they aren't willing to re-do textures and what not. Regardless it's a beautiful universe full of imagination and that's the bottom line. @dazzybee, it's ok, I've found it.
