I'm in a very similar situation to @S.C.G Over 9 hours in and still wandering around the first big area, Level 13, nearly 14, just practicing the fighting mechanics, and searching for loot. Just take your time, and get plenty of practice in when the game teaches you a new mechanic, so it becomes second nature. And man, what a great opening.

Just started this yesterday after 100% DOOM. Played on TV at first, and it looks and runs great. Handheld next, and while not as great looking, it’s nothing as bad as expected. Well, the Switch rewards 'Coming Soon', has been coming soon for practically the lifetime of the Switch so far. Nintendo have not elaborated on anything about it, so your guess is as good as mine. Personally I think they will appear when Nintendo sort out their paid online service, which according to rumours from Italy will be in the Autumn of 2018. A year and a half after Switch launched, shambolic.

It does have that Smash TV vibe, and so much character in its visuals, gun puns (I got a proton backpack today, ghostbusters style), and they’ve nailed the gameplay. Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk

Been playing through the whole campaign in 2 player co-op, no problems there. The only slight downside is that the first player gets to choose from the 4 Gungeoneers, but the 2nd has to be a 5th character, and only that character. Great game, both in solo and co-op, couldn't recommend it more. I've experienced no slowdown or glitches in the normal set-up, and there's adjustments that can be made to soup-up the graphical fidelity or lower it for a better performance, at the normal middle setting I've experienced no problems in handheld or TV. It keeps surprising me, that just when I think I've had enough for the day, it introduces some new NPC, or mechanic to drag you back in for just one more run.

Splatoon 2 65+ hours (wish it had been longer, but have fallen off this, still want to play more though) =4. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe 50+ hours (drop in now and then) =4. Mario + Rabbids 50+ hours (100% done with this, great strategy elements) 6. Super Mario Odyssey 45+ hours (find it hard to go back after collecting 600+ moons) 7. DOOM 30+ hours (still working through the campaign, just finished up to Lazarus and have collected everything so far) =8. Golf Story 20+ hours (great, but overstayed its welcome toward the end) =8. Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove 20+ hours (brilliant, can't wait for King Knight) 10. Enter The Gungeon 10+ hours (loving this at the moment) =11. Rocket League 5+ hours (want to play more) =11.
