Difficult this one, but the games that have stood out for me are.. Paper Mario: TTYD Pikmin 2 Metroid Prime Echoes

This is one of my must have titles for the 360, absolutley stunning and if the gameplay is as good as many screenshots and movies suggest this looks like we're seeing Rare at it's best again.
