Well it's definitely harder and the levels are completely different. Not very keen on the shorter time limit though, makes finding the star coins very stressful.
Big thanks to @tapedeck for showing me the ropes, first out of town visit, first trip to the island, first swim, first trade, first balloon game etc! Didn't think my love for this game could get any bigger!
Just wondering about etiquette! Is it generally acceptable to take fruit from other friends' trees? I don't really mind people taking mine as long as they're not perfect ones, but just wanted to check!
Like for instance if I go to a town that has oranges as the native fruit, can I take 3 back to my town and sell them? Is that generally what people do?
Jeeze I sound like a total noob
Hi all, new all to all this friend list malarkey, be great to add a few people from here?
3222 - 5578 - 6509
Town is called Daybreak. Native fruit are Apples, though there'll be an orange tree shortly I hope
I was extremely skeptical about Animal Crossing at first but put me down as someone who is having an amazing time playing it Overflowing with charm and little details here and there that make you smile. I'm also enjoying it a lot more now that I realised you can use the D-pad to switch items! Oh and grouping fruit together rather than individually!
I am a bit concerned the game might run out of things to keep me interested after say a month? In previous games was there always something going on over time?
Also I'd like to visit other people's towns on here, how do I go about doing that (newbie question!!)? Don't think any of you are on my friends list?
Stupid question...
Why are some items in my inventory just leaves? Hovering over them shows what they really are. Are these supposed to be interior decorations?
Can I ask you guys a question, I've just started this game and picked this map... is it a decent choice or will it likely annoy me how far Re-sell is to the town hall etc? Is this a particularly bad layout, should I reset since I'm only a few minutes into the game?
Just tranfering my original 3DS software to my new 3DS XL. Man the XL's screen is horrible resolution wise Menus look so bad
EDIT: Ok, in-game isn't quite so bad
"My gate is open to everyone" sounds a tad dodgy :P
When you buy a download title from GAME, do they send you a card with the code in the post or do you get the code instantly after ordering?
Ok I'll be downloading this later on. Apparently you have to choose your preferred map layout at the start? Anyone have any tips for the best type of map to have, or is there no difference?
