  1. I wonder what those boxes on the left hand side of the UI are
  2. It's a great video, I kind of wish there were a few full screen shots of the games in there though. The games look great, show them off!
  3. I might make this my homepage for February http://daystoswitchmas.com/
  4. Mario 3D World seemed very real to me. Amazing game, level design perfection IMO.
  5. Likewise, though I say that now... I would however fork out £45 for a D pad joy-con. Really hoping Nintendo release that asap.
  6. I've backed it on Wii U from when it was first released but I might just cancel and ask for a refund. The game just doesn't really do it for me, but I'll wait for reviews and a few more gameplay videos before deciding.
  7. 4 weeks three days! So that basically means 4 weeks!
  8. I'm surprised you guys want to spoil the final boss within an hour of starting the game. Won't that sort of ruin the excitement building up to it when you go through the game properly?
  9. SnipperClips at launch would be great. Then just a last minute reveal of Pilotwings Switch and we're set. Also, Oceanhorn coming to Switch. [TWEET]825652543359418368[/TWEET]
  10. Moving on, this should be the intro animation to the Switch
  11. I won't bother carrying on either, it's just not worth it. My posts are clear as anything and nothing compared to kav's attack out of the blue.
  12. The game would be perfectly playable if (arguably) slightly less comfortable. I haven't played the games you mention and I'm perfectly happy to admit to being wrong in the future, but as of now I think you're overstating the issue.
  13. This isn't an attack either. It's a bit of fun, which I alluded to later: So, no attack. And certainly nothing on par with calling someone else 'what's rotten about this forum'.
  14. And given a small minority of players will likely play in that configuration, I don't understand why it would stop a dev from making a racing game. Personally I found having my hands apart extremely confortable with the Wii remote and nunchuck. I imagine it'll be the same thing here.
  15. You calling me out half a dozen times above, and calling me rotten or a blind fanboy is an attack. Me showing signs of exasperation at your never-ending obsession and complaints about Nintendo's online and party chat policy, was not. I was explaining why I thought they didn't mention the feature in their 30 second ad, it was just done in an irritated manner. Irritated because three hours can't go by on here without you complaining about the same thing over and over and over, even when presented with a fun, well-produced tv ad.
  16. The 'inking the ground > swimming in it' gameplay mechanic is very clever and feels extremely satisfying.
  17. Ok right, that's what I thought you meant, and I still don't understand why it wouldn't work. You've access to all the buttons and it would be similar to playing it in handheld mode, just with your hands apart. Everyone's said it's very comfortable playing like this. This isn't a twitchy button mashing action game like Bayonetta, I can't imagine a racing game being that frantic.
  18. Sorry I must have misunderstood what you were talking about then. I thought you were arguing against playing it with two joycons, one in each hand. Games don't need to have mandatory single joycon mode, so I don't see why it's a problem for this game.
