I hate the "Gen I is more creative" bullshit "Creative" If we got the Gen Vs first and the Gen Is now, we'd have the exact same complaints. If anything, the Gen Vs are the most ingenius batch of Pokémon Brilliance and this is just a small batch. People can argue poor design for a couple and that's fine, but uncreative? No. I shall not stand for that.

It's possible that the opponent used Snatch and stole the Light Screen

Light Screen ups your Special Defence for 5 turns...doesn't do anything to the opponent

Usually, when that happens, it comes with a perk for you like confusing them

In doing two regions, the balance was off. The regions were ridiculously short, the Pokémon were all mislevelled. Wild Pokemon never reached over Level 30 until you got to Mt Silver. The balance was all wrong. I'm hoping they never do it again

Have managed to spend today getting Gold stars However, I'm not having trouble on all the Platinum Rocket Belt missions

I've never really thought about the future. I take everything as it comes. I'm a freelance journalist and freelance webdesigner with a massive hobby. It's not going to last but I will survive and it's best not to worry too much about it. That said, I am starting to plan for the future. I am currently saving up for a house (since rent is wasted money) and that's thinking for the future. No goals though. I did originally want a second degree and then follow that with a Masters and a PhD, but the Labour government made that impossible by doubling the fees for getting a second degree before they got replaced by the Conservatives so that soured me a bit. However, the reasoning behind it wasn't to get a better job, it was so my name would be an eyechart
