  1. Monster Hunter as a series is one that does best on portables. While it has had main instalments on home consoles before, they've seldom done well and never as well as the portable instalments. Due to 3DS and now Switch being the only portable devices on the market, it makes sense. It's not Nintendo platforms that are enticing to Capcom. It's portability. Plus they probably are going for a new engine, but are waiting for the audience to build and are bringing the audience over with this
  2. Nintendo World Report just revealed a lot of stuff http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/news/44682/new-details-about-mario--rabbids-kingom-battle-confirmed-for-switch
  3. Finally confirmed on Comicbook.com after some art leaked http://comicbook.com/gaming/2017/05/23/mario-rabbids-kingdom-battle-confirmed-key-art/
  4. This should help http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2017/05/guide_how_to_download_magikarp_jump_to_your_ios_device_right_now
  5. Sneak released in Italy of all places yesterday The premise is simple. You have to catch a Magikarp, then feed and train it before taking on leagues where your Magikarp has to jump the highest. If it loses, you need to get a new Magikarp and start over. Microtransactions come in the form of Diamonds used to buy Support Pokémon and improve other elements such as make training and berries stronger A few screenshots of mine
  6. Nintendo always do this They always say their Directs focus on ____ during ____ YEAR. We then get loads of stuff beyond that.
  7. Hahaha that's ridiculous :P
  8. They designed the poster and didn't put it on, then thought the poster looked good as is.
  9. Third parties sometimes make the least sense. I still don't understand why Tembo the Badass Elephant skipped Wii U. It'd have done well on that ecosystem, instead it bombed badly on the other platforms. Game Freak said their asinine reason, but my money is on it being a Sega decision.
  10. Wow, that sounds like an unprecedented partnership
  11. The amount of times I got kicked out or it wouldn't connect was just as bad, if not worse than MK8D and it really wasn't that long ago
  12. I got crap like that playing Halo and CoD. Let's not go crazy. :p They do need to fix it though
  13. My concern is that third parties will test support with late ports again, even despite high sales of Switch they won't do well and then use that as an excuse to say the audience isn't there again .
  14. I think you're hugely overestimating the proportion of people who truly care about them
  15. I successfully outran a Blue Shell to the finish line. It was right up my butt for a good portion of the last leg of the last lap of Sunshine Airport
  16. Welcome to the light side my friend
  17. It was the same with the GameBoy Advance and DS :p This is the GameBoy Micro of the 3DS
  18. No. It saves your choice
  19. It's not as easy as people think to sort it out though, and it takes weeks in order to do it
  20. For what it's worth, my point was Sony's was too like a Direct to the point it really didn't need to be live :p
  21. Problem is that the live crowd is filled with plants. Also, take the Zelda reaction from 2004. On the initial stream, we didn't actually get any of it. It wasn't until someone else posted their own video of it that we got the scope of it,
  22. Thing is, Sony's E3 last year was just game game game game game game game. It had very little actual stage presence. It was, for all intents and purposes, a live Direct
  23. That really does look nice
  24. Figured I'd start this thread Nintendo has confirmed that there will be no live presentation at E3 this year
  25. Thing is, I'm seeing a lot of requests for games to be more like this, with all characters etc. unlocked at the start for easier play on competitions. Seen many ask it for next Smash Bros
