I have the game now, just completed the first level and all I can say is that it is great. Weapons feel like they have a purpose to them now.

Yeah it's a bit congested. Managed to complete Fallout (almost level 19) but there is still more I want to do on it. Have also just completed Ratchet and Clank for PS3, i know it isn't new but oh well. Also have LBP which is awesome, and then there's Resistance 2 which I need to get, most anticipated game this year for me. -
My mate has oblivion, but am enjoying it, he really likes oblivion too. You'll be happy either way.

This is basically another console war thread now, you just can't help it on forums. There should just be a sticky where there is one post that shows pros and cons of all main systems and any little details and it should be left at that. The odd smart remark here and there is no problem.

Anyone tried it yet? Not holding out high hopes to be honest. It's the rocket thing which probably won't work for people. How do you find great levels? When you search for the exact level name it will always come up with 20 pages of other half related stuff. Can you search for creators?

My level is coming along quite well. Whilst I'm fairly sure it won't make people go 'wow', it's quite a personal achievement.

Not all Samsungs are high quality I guess, although a Goodmans HD TV would have been a better example.

I think Sony are banking on Resistance 2 for PS3 sales more. In the end it doesn't really matter how many users there are online, even the Wii has enough. You only need enough players to be able to get a game. It's the companies however that worry about the user-base. As long as I keep getting the games I'm happy.

I just had my first Little Big Orgasm. Made a cool little rocket thing which flies into some explosives and it looks pretty cool, relatively easy to do. I've decided that I'm going to make my 'experiment' (which is just learning the tutorials and then putting them into the world) into a proper level. It's gonna be some solid platforming with a few cool bits thrown in. I love this game, it is so good, unbelievably vast step forward in videogame innovation.

I think it's too cliched the good vs evil thing and it isn't even detailed. In the second one Hale looks badass.

Aw no below is the official European boxart for the game. It's pretty bad, I might choose to buy the limited edition one because it looks so much better.

Aw I want that mysterious stranger perk! Is it just a normal man that mullers your enemy in one shot? Oh yeah and what does everyone think about Fawkes? I think he's one of the most badass characters created. He basically does the work for you and eats lead for breakfast.

Yeah you nailed it. Sometimes reviews reduce a game's score if it is a sequel, even if it is a better game. Originality card as Choze puts it. Edit: well I guess it would be understandable if it was the 6th/7th game in the franchise if you get me.

What is everyone's favourite perk here? Mine is the bloody explosion one - makes people blow up in a mess (as well as doing 5% more damage) - WIN The animal friend one I like too, even when it is only useful occasionly.

I sometimes wonder how many great games I've missed out on that got bad/average scores but would have gone down greatly with me. One such game that didn't escape my radar was Worms 3D (for the Cube). It got very average reviews but I loved it and had many great experiences with it.
