Finally home from work to see that my new keyboard has arrived (VERY NICE) and so has my copy of Monster Hunter 3 and the CCP (EVEN NICER). Finally its time to dust off my wii properly and get into this game full swing. From the impressions I have seen here, things are very positive. Any recommendations on what weapon I should start with first. Really want to be unique but cool at the same time :P. May just go with one of the big guns.

OMG.....AWFUL AWFUL DUB. Should be a fundamental rule: Like "bros before hoes", there should be "subs before dubs". -
Hmm, have waited for this game for so long, and it reminds me so much of PSO. WTH think ill go all out and get the whole caboodle. Cheap usb keyboard should do fine right or are there any in particular i should look out for?

Even though I have waited so long for this, I am a bit on the fence, but I think im about to fall off into the "getting it anyways and screw the consequences" camp. One thing. I have that old white classic controller that plugs into the wii mote. Is there any point in me getting the CC pro? Also, I was thinking that I may just use skype for this game rather than wii speak (which i dont have) or a keyboard, which I may buy if I dont need to get the CC pro. So what do you guys reckon then?

Nope. Totally disagree. SF4 and DOA4, actually throw tekken in there too. They have EVIL EVIL last bosses but BlazBlue's final boss is tame in comparison if you play on the lowest difficulty. Can perfect her and that's without knowing the moves. Just need to rush her and connect with combos before she can get some distance.

This little thing was pretty awesome. Had fun playing this during my lunch time at work. Really does help if you have played the games that it's based on!

These words you type do not fill me with hope EDIT: How did you get that it looked like resi 5 from that vid. Could barely see crap but from what I saw, it's a *little* faster paced if that at all.

Bought myself and a friend tatsunoko. While fun, we have spent about and hr playing. SF4 was hrs and we were only getting started. I seriously think as good as tatsunoko is, SF4 is the better game and SSF4 will blow it out of the water. Bear in mind, my mate is of a similar skill level which really ranks up the fun factor.

Gold Panda, think those guys gave you some BAD advice. MGS4 is very fun in multiplayer. Takes awhile to get used to but the range of actions that are available to you are quite extensive and make for some very fun and tense games: . Also, I played a demo of lost planet 2 awhile ago and the co-op on that is sooo much fun. Another game with many options available to the player, the graphics are wonderful, and the bosses are huge! So big you can get swallowed up by one, only to carry on the fight inside him. Never did figure out how to get out of him though...I can't remember if the controls were any different from the first game, but I remember them being perfectly fine.

I have died quite a few times. Leaves me wondering if I suck at the game, even though I thought I had the system down. I mean, when lightning and hope are partnered up in that garda woods place, mobs were dropping like flies, then when i reach the plant boss, it takes me something like 5 or more tries before I can take him down! Boy did I relish the challenge though, and the fine tuning of paradigm required to beat him

LOL Odin just owned my ass in seconds! This usually never happens to me in the FF series. Time to regroup and re-think my strategy....admittedly i forgot to set up an important paradigm.

After that many hours, it's still gonna be like that. As The game gets a lot more challenging in about another 1-2 hrs depending on how fast you have been progressing. One way to look at it is that for a lot of time, you could not even upgrade your characters properly so that whole time is like some giant tutorial just spread out. It gets a heck of a lot better.

Just started. About 1hr in (going a little slow in my typical nature) and it's fun. Menu's are LOVELY, graphics are LOVELY. Everything just looks so gorgeous. Think I will enjoy putting time into this during my time off work.

Thing is, I think they added in more people to shoot in the wii version thanks to its superior aiming system, so maybe they will squeeze in EVEN more on RE5, still wont make it a better game but again could make it more fun
