Judaism is not a race. they may think it is but you can convert to become jewish. i can not convert to become black (and no eminem has not done this successfully).

Xenophobia and racism are part of the same issue they are both forms of Prejeduce (SP?). However they are not the same thing they are seperate. they can be mixed and usually are that is why people get confused. If you are mixed race you will always be mixed race. No matter how white or black you look at some point in your genetic line you will get a "throw back". ie a seamingly white couple could have a black child if anywhere in eitheir of their family line there was an issue of mixed race. please do not look upon my use of black and white as offensive it is a means of explanation.

it annoyed the hell out of me too. i am not saying lets discriminate against the "ethnic minority" because of it. i am saying lets have the same rules for everyone.

Racism is when a white man calls a black man by any name that may be classed as slightly offensive even if it has nothing to do with race. how ever anyone that is not white can say what they like and that is not racism. i hope this has been cleared up for you.

1) when people go to college the do 30 hours a week??? right. i went to college and i know you might attend college for 30 hours a week but it is not even in the same league as actually working 30 hours. 2) She works 8 hours a day 4 days a week and does 6 hours at college. Now keep watching as i show you maths 4x8=32+6=38. now tell me how that compares to a fairly lax 30 hours. 3) when at college the work you do is for your benefit. at work you are making money for the organisation you work for. so why should she work there for free? work experience great, but if she werent on an ema they would have to pay her at least £12k a year which is roughly £200 a week. 4) as a result of getting paid such a piddly amount she has to work another job so she can actually have a life. she works all the time, how can this be in the best interest of education?

the shortage is coming to an end thank god cause now they can start to concentrate on delivering some high quality titles.

ok this really pisses me off. EMA is basically paying people to go to college. WTF?????? you go to college to further yourself or you get a job. why should you get paid for going to college? it is a piss take. on the flips side you have people like my sister who is on a modern apprentership. She works 9-5 4 days a week then goes to college one day a week and she gets £30 a week for that. She doesn't get paid by the place she works the £30 is an EMA. it is a fucking joke. She should get paid by the place she works. it is almost slave labour minus the whips and chains. my suggestion is stop EMA all together. use the money to supply the materials the students need. those in work placements should get paid properly. better all round.
