After 1 listen to Day and Age during which I remember nothing abotu any of the songs, I can safely say it's not as good as Hot Fuss. The fact Human is pretty shit should have given that away anyway.

Originally the winning song was going to be "Born To Try" by Delta Goodrem (who is amazing in every respect). However, yes, this rethink caters towards Diana WAY more. And is an astoundingly beautiful song.

Got up late, had to go see some old friends of my my mum and aunts, who were doing a reunion gig. They were ok, but really, nothing that interesting. Left, as I had to pick up my friend from the bus station for her first official night living with us. So much work to do, should have stayed at home, but instead I did half of 1 essay (2 to do) and my mum's gonna explain to the teacher that I actually had no time blah blah. Debating whether I want to go and see P!nk live or not. I mean, it's no less uncool than seeing Gwen Stefani, which I did last year.

I'm sorry, as uncool as it is, I can't deny that Confessions On A Dancefloor contains some of the absolute best dance songs in the past 5 years. Sometimes I just want a "sharp" sound, if you get me. Stuart Price's/Mirwais' production is godly in that respect. This is my favourite, Future Lovers. Such a build-up. Love it love it love it.

That game is awesome. But let's be honest, a character who is invincible and impossibly strong/powerful will never be able to connect to people the way more human heroes can.

Yeah, but the Hulk as a character is about as fun or compelling as Superman. As in, not at all.

YES. NOW. Of the 3 proper albums they've done (they did 1 and a half before If It Was You, but they hate them, and I have little desire to hear them), The Con is the best. Then So Jealous.

YES if the Britney week is true...one of the things I hate about this competition is that they rarely sing anything resembling pop songs, which is presumably where a lot of them will be heading in the direction of. I mean, she's not got the bets back catalogue, but it'll make for a more interesting week than this one...Take That are just...*cringes*. I doubt seeing I'm A Slave 4 U, Do Somethin' or Gimme More appearing though!

Yep. Though make sure if you choose one of the many Bonus tracks, that's actually one that will be on the album.
