Parents splitting up is extremely common, and therefore doesn't seem to others to be that big of a deal. To be fair, My parents are seperated, yet we're still a family whatever, and I couldn't care less, in all honesty. I think I'm a rare case though.

I bought the album with the bonus tracks. Which unlike bonus tracks on some albums I got recently (Lady GaGa) are actually exactly the same quality at the rest of the album. Hovering is the one that has her brother (from Metro Station) in it. ----- Blood Bank - Bon H'Iver His new EP...I STILL haven't got the album. I will when I get more money.

Despite not seeing BSG in recent memory, I love it as a point, as I'm planning to watch it, and thusly love it. Bear for me. Mainly because the Offspring are crap in comparison. I might have to monitor ReZ's choices next time.

That's why I think Angelina worked in a way. She was felt a bit off as Lara, except for the fact she seemed worldly and knowing, essential in my book. If I wanted to see Megan Fox in a vest, I'd just watch Transformers. Oh wait, It's shit, so I won't.

Her album is the best pure pop/rock album I heard last year, that didn't take itself too seriously. Including this song. It's amazing turned up. Seriously. And with good bass. *hugs speakers and subwoofer* She epitomized all I despised, until I got the album. Better than the shitty stuff that tops the charts popwise usually, Saturdays, Girls Aloud (now)...most of the rap crap. Incidentally, your choice is up on Music Warz just now..Offspring.

A new Tomb Raider film would be welcome in my book. The second one was a bit of fun, but with a decent reboot, it could be a lot better. I hope Megan Fox isn't her though. Too slutty/young/sex object looking. Lara needs to be a bit more..mature, imo. More like Kelly Brook, than Megan Fox. If you get me.

I hate people with no musical lives deciding what and what doesn't get played in the common room. This guy (famously crazy and likes bottling people) claimed that everybody wants to hear popular stuff, and that means only chart stuff. Also that all chart stuff is good, as it on the chart in the first place. I hated. Then a girl put her iPod on, and we listened to The Teenagers, who I genuinely liked, and might explore further. THAT'S what I want in music listening, when others show their music tastes to others, and share likes and stuff. Not listening to mother-fucking Keane..! ---- Villan, I don't know much KoL stuff, but that isn't bad. Not particularly interesting either. But it could be worse.

:p The emotions thing doesn'y really hold weight, as those eyes mutate the face into a horrid shape in the first place. But yeah, Beyond (Animatrix) is still one of my favourite anime things evar. And the Batman thing was Animatrix-esque but most of the styles weren't very interesting. A lot of panning on single frames and stuff. There's 1 beautiful one where he's lying close to death in a sewer, and you see a flashback story in India. Oh, and the first story, about different childrens' perceptions of him. (Both by Studio 4C!)

A Sigur Ros compilation album is being given away free in The Independant on Saturday. We Play Endlessly collects track from "3 of their albums". I assume it'll be the last 3 albums. (As they mention Hoppipola and the titles refers to a song/title of the last album. Still, good for anyone not yet a fan!

The Cat Returns I liked the first 30 mins. 5.9/10 Secrets & Lies A brilliant film by Mike Leigh, Palme D'Or winning, Oscar-nominated shiz...brilliant and heartening yet sad look into the family life one finds in a cross section of London, revolving around the story of a woman (Marianne Jean-Baptiste) searching out her birth mother. A lot of focus and threads to do with circumstance and perception of how good and bad it truly is, and parental relationships. Stand-out performance from both Jean-Baptiste and Brenda Blethyn, playing a "common" single mum. The dialogue was top-notch too...the way that Hortense' language and speech changes subtley from the scenes just in her life, to those in Cynthia's, etc. 9.7/10

While I kinda like anime styling (not the ugly as fuck faces where the eyes are 90% of the face, and they're all schoolgirls with blue hair), I seem to always be disappointed with what I see of it recently. Some of my favourite anime things are from Animatrix. Specifically the one with the girl and the group of boys in the "malfunctioning" house. That was beautiful. I might look up mroe stuff done by whoever did that.

Just watched The Cat Returns...didn't really like it. Mainly because the girl (who lives in our house...) who lent it to me literally tries to act like an anime girl...fake and full of stupid affectations. Which spoils the actual anime girl in this film. But yeah, it kinda goes downhill once they reach the Cat Kingdom. I like he bits in Japan.

Yeah, but the fact you just say "Bjork's crap" is a stupid comment. Criticise what you actually dislike, otherwise you lose all credibility in your dislike of her. I mean, I can see her voice being an acquired taste, and maybe she's too experimental for many people, but that doesn't make her a bad songwriter. Surely people have to at least value her innovention? Not even like it. Just value it's existance.
