Flattered us? We controlled the game overall. I'd say we were deserving of the win. Did Arsenal actually have a clear opportunity? Enrique was absolute class today, MotM easily.

Enrique, Downing and Suarez captain in my team. Will get 9 from Enrique at least, and 10 from Suarez. 3 from Downing aswell. Happy with the win, we didn't play amazingly good, just did what we needed to win against a poor Arsenal side. If Vermaelen wasn't playing it could of got embarrassing for them. He was superb.

Oh Flink. Not bad so far, I prefer the non-celebrity ones though.

That Cabaye is a decent player, think he will do well. Barton (if he stays), Cabaye and Tiote is a decent midfield.

Things are just so hard at the moment, like really really hard, and I just can't handle it. I just feel so close to totally shutting down, and I feel like I have nobody to turn to. I just don't know what to do, and it's getting too much for me to deal with. The last week or so has been the worst period of my life, easily. I don't want to talk about much, i just feel like this'll make help me get it out abit. :'(

Arsenal had their hands tied though really, he made it clear he wanted to leave and Barca was his only destination. Barca had the upper hand in negotiation. I'd say that's why they got him cheaply.

Downing for 20m isn't crazy really. Carroll for 35m is, but Downing is among the best wingers in England easily. He's just a complete winger, I really think he's going to be a massive success for us. He can cut inside and shoot, has a brilliant cross, has pace and has a high work rate.

If we perform like we did in the first half consistently throughout the season, then I'm sure we'll get a good finish. We just totally lost all fluidity and tempo in the second half. Lost our shape and just didn't play.

I like Barton for some crazy reason, I don't know why, he's a good footballer. Disappointed with the result today, we played well enough in the first to get all 3 points. Second half, I was really surprised how poor we were. Flanagan had a shocker, but he's a decent player and only 18, I just don't get why Kelly didn't play. Carra and Agger were solid, nothing more. Enrique impressed me, he's so composed and classy. Lucas wasn't on form today, and Adam was great first half, not so much second. Downing was decent throughout, and Henderson was average. I <3 Suarez, he wasn't brilliant but good. Carroll was good aswell. I have no idea how Richardson didn't get sent off, it was a clear goal scoring chance, and made significant contact. Should of gone.

I'm waiting to see who Arsenal bring in before predicting where they finish. They'll have to bring in 2 special players to get anywhere imo. Mata has apparently said a possible move to Arsenal is definitely off, also. Aquilani is staying it seems, you can get jerseys with his name and number (15) on now. Happy to hear that.

What Sexual Chocolate said, Skrtel played every minute of the PL last season. Agger, when fit, is one of the best CBs in the league, I have no doubt about that. He's just injured alot, he only played 21 last season I believe. Aurelio is also really good, for a defender he is real quality on the ball. Him playing at centre mid a few times backs that up.

Finally got a Left Back in, and a decent one. Really happy with our transfers so far, could be more.
