Something has gone on there with Meireles, handed in a transfer request 30 mins before 11pm, then he's a Chelski player half-an-hour later. I'm not too bothered really, we got £12m for a 28 year old who isn't a starter and didn't want to be here, it's just one of those niggling things that slightly takes away from the wonderful transfer window we've had.

I doubt Fergie would actually do well at Arsenal. He's brilliant for United because of the way he's developed his squad. They all have that built in mentality which he wouldn't be able to do overnight with another squad. I think it's best to stick with him, he knows the club and players better than anyone else. He knows what he's doing.

I love how flexible our midfield is, nearly all of our midfielders can play comfortably in 2 positions. Makes it easy to change shape on the fly to suit whatever situation.
