I quite like Ireland's Call actually, even though it's not their proper anthem. Though not too impressed with the players half arsed attempt to hum along to it on Sunday.
-
So you want help deciding what to buy... yet include Zelda and Red Steel, the two games you already have and as such... 6 votes in, all 6 votes are for both games.
-
Better atmosphere than with football eh? I think whenever either Wales or England beat the other, it's gloated about for a long time by the winning fans. That's the nature of that fixture! This year's one at the end of March is sure to be a cracker!
-
I hear D'Arcy (the more on form of the two) should be fine for the weekend, O'Driscoll possibly not. Still, I don't mind if Ireland underperformed, makes me more optimistic for Ire v Eng - and by more optimistic I mean... I now have a shred of optimism.
-
Ha ha obviously you weren't around in 2005 when Wales beat England. Talk about going on and on and on about it. One thing about this that I've noticed... success breeds arrogance, it doesn't matter which team you support. England were arrogant in 2001-03, NZ and Ireland are now, Wales in 2005, France... well, are always... - but it's always tied with how well the team are doing. Have to agree though, Irish fans are the best.

To be fair, Wales should have been awarded a penalty try after Easterby's blantant off the ball tackle on Chekaj (or however you spell his name).

I thought he was great just WAAAAYYYYYYY too easy. And would have liked to see a couple more 'stages' to him.

The Italian pack are the most dangerous and the best at scrummaging in the 6 Nations... might get messy next week. Harry Ellis deserved MOTM, hopefully he can repeat that form on Saturday again. I like Farrell's passing, and the way he draws defenders in, the only thing I can see being problematic is that he's very slow. Tindall played well and is infinately more suited to outside centre than inside. Lund and Worsley was excellent. Wales need to learn to play ugly. Once again they throw the ball about and get everyone on the edge of their seats... yet still lose. Again.

Firstly, your credibility has just gone down a couple of touches for resorting to petty name calling when none was necessary. Not to mention not being able to spell it properly, who's the retard now exactly? What is it with this forum, everyone seems to attack other posters just because they have a different opinion on something! I don't like Four Swords. It was a fun side note fine, but I'm sure that 95% of Zelda fans have never played it because the fact that it required 4 carts was stupid. You don't like my view on Four Swords, you can fuck right off.

Does anyone here seriously follow a football team

People have a problem with me because they don't like me having a different point of view to theirs and slating their beloved sport. Nothing more. -

Why should people be offended when I say that there is hooliganism and racism in football? I'm not attacking them or calling them racist. I'm just saying the reason I don't like the sport is because those things are present and I don't like it. -

I've been saying this whole thread that that they shouldn't be taken as stereotypes -

Or hooliganism is so common that it's not worth writing about anymore. Or the enormous amount of police presence keeps it down. 50% less coppers and who knows what would happen. Again, you saying "it doesn't happen anymore" holds no weight because you're not at every game in the UK/World to know. -

When the fuck did I call you or anyone on this topic a racist/homophobe? I never said that, I never called you or anyone else one. I said those two things are PRESENT in football to some degree or another, that's all. So how do you know they don't happen? Based on the 1 game you go to every week or 2 (assuming you do?) Surely the media is a more reliable source of information that you stating they don't happen. -

Bravo. You've just destroyed what little credibility you ever had. -

I don't see them as stereotypes. To me, racism, homophobia, abuse to refs, violence, segregation of fans due to violence, corruption, hooliganism ALL have happened in football. I'm not saying football is a racist sport, far from it. What I'm saying is, all these things have happened and that's inexcusable and tars the image of the sport. -

Like you've never stereotyped. I say what I feel. Forget the chavball name, why do you all care so much what I call it? Never said I was being abused. I said I was getting lots of abuse. Being told to shut the fuck up, get a life, get lost and being called a moron, a wanker, a stupid fuck who needs to get a life isn't abuse? All I've done this whole thread is state my reasons for disliking the sport. Oh and defending myself when people are rude or say that my opinions don't count/matter and are less important/valid than theirs. -

Surely they can ignore one person who doesn't like football and who calls it chavball? Wow, yet more abuse thrown at me. How clever. Do you think it makes you a big man for telling me to get a life? I don't think it makes me a big man, I call it chavball because I find it funny to call it that. Sorry and all. -

Another intelligent poster, nice on Cox. I actually call it chavball half because of a great number of the fans are but also because a great number of the English players are. -

I like calling it chavball because half the English players are. I'm not asking you to use it. -
