Does america hold common law rights before anything else? I'm pretty sure under common law you've got self defense rights, if you can feasibly defend yourself on common law grounds I think it comes before anything else. Don't hold me to that though, I'm not a lawyer.

To be fair I'm pretty sure that counts for last century. However, I agree on your point. I don't think you can judge this fairly ReZ, but as Danny says this IS what people feel. I was annoyed in Trust No One, but I expected it from the get-go anyhow which wasn't so bad.

I didn't know schools like that even existed. I spent a good chunk of my secondary school life being a bit of a shit.

I've always been quite social, and always tight enough with my money for it to stretch for me to be social when I want/need. I used to pretty much be out every night, except the weekends as I worked them due to hating being out in public on the weekend. Monday was pub night, thursday was pub night, tuesday was aikido night, wednesday tended to somehow turn into a pub night. Even sunday was pub night! I'd also try and hang with people in the day if they were about. I can't cope without company, it seems(online or irl, that is). Recently though, I do feel like I'm less social. I feel like everybody's growing up and apart, people are always all free/busy on different days and it can be hard to get everyone together. Fortunate for me I roll in many different circles so I tend to have stuff keeping me going regardless, but it does feel very much like...I dunno, things getting stale? People doing other stuff? Also more and more people have less and less money, apparently, and it makes it hard. You have too much time and no money, so you get a job, then you have all this money but no time to spend it. I'm also quite lazy, sometimes I don't want to do anything too far or too expensive away(to help conserve the monies so i can do more things) but I'm trying to push myself to do different things atm.

For the record, ignoring the specific issue itself, but I don't consider a decision by a GM that inspires lots of discussion just because it's controversial/unexpected/bad automatically a good decision for the fact it causes discussion. Anyone could run a game how they liked like that, and reason it's good because of all the discussion it's having.

Schoolkids and the playground really is like a jungle, and it's primitive. Basically the only way shit works is like that, survive or die, stand up for yourself and see how shit stops coming your way, unless you're an uber dick or something. It's amazing as well how unnecessarily cruel kids can be!

I retract the first half of my previous post, due to constant takedowns of the video etc, I had actually only seen one punch and the following body slam, not the original punches by the other kid. Basically I hadn't seen the entire thing and made an uninformed comment, apologies. Apparently this was a year 7 kid who started on Casey, a year 10 kid. So says anyway, but it carries a great quote by Casey's father. News seems to say Casey got 4 days and the other kid 22. Despite everything, I don't disagree with the school for punishing Casey to an extent, but it does need to be lesser than his 'attacker'. Suspension though, never understood the 'punishment' of having days off school.

Yeah, I'm a spastic, ignore me. I also highly doubt ho-oh is in the game, if we lynch zell and he IS ho-oh but innocent, we've learnt that the rules apparently don't apply and rez needs a slappin. If we lynch zell and he's something he said he wasn't, he's probably mafia and we'll be a step closer to home.

I wanna hear something from jayseven, and still more from Eenuh. On Marcamillian's original point that there wouldn't be two fiery town roleblockers, maybe there wouldn't, but doesn't that give rise to possibility that Zell is the town one, and Marcamillian the mafia one?

No, I doubt that very much. Notice that there was blipped, then the red and white pokemon looked up confused. I got a feeling something else was doing something to it, but I could really be very much wrong and you could be right. The second night though, there was blipping, and then there was apparently no time for curious happenings. The strange symbols around it made me think of unkown(are they machines that blip, also?) but then I remembered it's original 150/151. Also I'm not sure Electrode/Voltorb counts as beady eyes? It was also in search of a lightning fast pokemon, who would that be, if not Dyson? Zell, you're quite under suspicion, would you care to offer anything more about yourself?
