  1. Yes of course I realise that. But surely it's in Amazon's interest to publish a date that represents the earliest possible time you could buy the game. They've been sending me these emails and pushing it back for months. The last time they pushed it back was to sometime after April. Does anyone have a concrete example of Amazon being spectacularly wrong with a release date cos I don't?
  2. I've had an email from Amazon about my Zelda pre-order saying that this is due 28th-30th Nov 2006. Surely people can see now that this is going to be a Revolution launch title.
  3. "Your handheld gaming device has performed an illegal operation and will be shutdown. Press OK to send a fault report to Microsoft or cancel to finish"
  4. Awful game. Truly dreadful. Almost steals True Crime: Streets of LA's crown for the worst controls ever. A triumph of style over content. But as the reviews say, you either love it or hate it.
  5. Those Nanon Binding Bombs look just like the bombs in Starfox Adventures.
  6. Absolutely incredible.
  7. Sorry to raise this old chestnut again but has anyone read Matt at IGNs article today with regard to HD support in the Revolution: http://cube.ign.com/mail/ I'm confused at to what "No HD support" really means. On numerous occaisons in this forum posters have said that developers can code it themselves if they want to. But Matt makes no mention of that option, and surely he would if it were possible? Surely no HD support means "we're putting in a graphics card that physically can't do it in order to make the console cheaper"? Maybe I should be asking Matt...
  8. Oh dear. Not only have Microsoft just released the most boring console in the history of mankind, but on top of that it doesn't even work properly: http://www.flickr.com/photos/80491849@N00/ Such a shame, cos I bet Tiger Woods golf is loads more fun now that Tiger looks even more realistic.
  9. I think the practical point which the new controller overlooks is that no-one sits rock solid in front of the tv whilst playing games. How do I stop Revolution interpreting adjustments to my seating postion, stretching my arm and generally just getting more comfortable etc as in-game movements?
  10. Surely the question is: If you were Sony or Microsoft, would you want to copy this? I suspect not.
