With the bystander smirking, and Dyson tripping over, I don't exactly read that as a failed attempt at, whatever that Pokémon was doing. It didn't stop Dyson, but maybe it affected him in some other way?

Hmm, I think I've been roleblocked by something fiery. No matter however, as I don't exactly have a game-breaking ability at my disposal. Dyson sure looks popular for a lurker.

Of the few who have yet to post, only Dyson may have something useful to say. As for Zell.. hero, you'll admit there's no proof, and that's the problem. This is only day 2, so we can't pressure him for any more info. So we can only let him be, or lynch him based on a hunch. Since there is generally a roleblocker on either side, and no other townie roleblocker has come forward, I'm going to assume Zell is town.

Well, I think it's a townie mistake, and I was thinking to myself he signed his own deathwarrant (or perhaps you did, when you brought it to attention ). But your'r right the write-up says something about a Pokémon looking up, and finding his body floating in the water (? does this Pokémon reside in the water?).

Well, there's still plenty left to be revealed, so I can't comment on it with full certainty, however: - the progress is being made through unlocks. You unlock coller powers / weapons / clothes as you progress. - you should read "no classes" as "no predetermined classes" or "any custom class you like". You can choose from any skill / weapon you have unlocked, however, you can only have a few of them "equipped" at a time. I assume you can only change it at your factions headquarters, and not during quests. So yeah, you should probably discuss with your teammates what kind of "role" you play before you get into a quest. - I don't see a problem with 3 factions. This game seems heavily based on plot, and the 3 factions are united in this plot, against evil, or the PvE part of the game. A team can consist of players of any faction. Balance / gameplaywise there are no differences, the difference are purely content-wise. The faction part is a factor in the PvP part of the game.

Well, I'd personally keep those results to myself, or just share it with my mafia members if I were a mafia role investigator. As a townie role investigator, I'd only mention it if I had a power which was decidedly evil. And in ReZ's games anything's possible. A townie role investigator is not less plausible than a mafia role investigator. Role investigators are still of use to town. Anyway, all I'm saying is it says nothing so far. Sorry, I meant role investigator specifically. Nobody questioned you really after you had given us your results. Please man, I don't want your willies.

Actually, that's a good point Diageo, heroicjanitor won the firefly mafia because nobody questioned his investigator role.. That said, I don't think mr-paul would have posted it so carelessly if he was mafia.

Actually, I've been skimming the previous Pokémafia, and I'm not so sure anymore, you may be right. However, I don't think a "powerful blast" is particularly evil (yet). Anyway, we know who he is now, and we know he's not the killer from this nght. We can question him again when he doesn't show up roleblocking someone. For now I don't think it's enough to lynch him.

This is one of the games I'm looking forward too, but doesn't get as much attention as say.. Portal 2, Rage, The witcher.. Or Guild wars to mention a game in its genre. It's still in alfa, so that has probably something to do with it. The secret world: An MMORPG from the makers of Age of Conan (and The longest journey I might add). Set in a contemporary world, instead of a fantasy or sci-fi setting, but filled with all kinds of mythical and / or horrific creatures, and you already have a game which is quite different from the other MMORPG's out there. Add to this a combat system which lets you mix and match all sorts of abilities and weapons you have unlocked, choosing from magic "traditional" weapons. No levels or classes. Do whatever you want. There's some new info from this game from the GDC, which was embargoed untill the 10th, so the info and new trailer are only a few days old. There's still no releasedate unfortunately. [official site] This will probably the game that will get me into MMORPG's. There are some others out there, that appeal to me, but not as much as this one does so far. And except for the Guild wars series, but that doesnt have monthly subscriptions.

Hmm, Rift totally looks pretty generic to me. It never appealed to me.. But speaking of MMO's, no wait, let me open a thread about it.

.. I'd say Dyson is a pikachu, and knowing his abilities he probably is too fast for roleblocks (and other abilities?). Zell being a roleblocker says nothing. Aren't all of ReZ's roleblockers pretty violent, whether they're town or mafia? Anyway, as of now, I'd say we have too little to go on, but some people have still to post.
