  1. It has sorted me out of many situations. Had a buyer claim that a copy of Windows Vista wasn't working, he put a case through to get his money back. Posted the item back to me, but because i put "No refunds" and put that "i had fully tested the product before selling", ebay dropped the case. I had the item back, didn't need to give him his money as Paypal had released it back to me, after putting that block on (they do that if someone puts a case of complaint/refund on you) and sold it again for £50, price i sold it to that guy in the first place. Made £100, and the guy who complained was out of pocket.
  2. See, i wouldn't have given a refund until i tested it out. I've been shafted once or twice by ebayers, who claimed they posted it back after i gave a refund, and the item never showed up. So any item i sell now always has "No refunds" in the information. ebay side with the seller, if that is in the box. Angers the buyer because they are either left with the broken item, or a failed attempt.
  3. It should be a launch title, Mario games are all the same these days. Pikmin would bring a fresh approach to launch.
  4. Who knows, perhaps when the WiiU comes out, we'll get a choice on what controls we would like to use. So, Motionplus may not be forgotten with the series still. Who knows, perhaps Motionplus could be used still and the new controller could be the bottom screen like the DS incarnations of Zelda. Possibilities are endless.
  5. I'm still not fond of the name myself, i think even Nintendo may have run out of ideas themselves. "Right, what shall be call the new console" "Ummmm, lets shove a "U" at the end of Wii, call it the WiiU"
  6. It has indeed. And, you wouldn't believe that i found both pictures on Google. Somehow, i havn't figured how to share from facebook yet. Either that, or they removed the feature.
  7. Well, got my pre-order set. And a new Wii-mote as well, i'm still using one of them non-motionplus ones, which is a tad damaged.
  8. I always put "sorry, no refunds" on each sale i make. I also mention that i am not responsible if this item gets lost in the mail, or damaged on transit. But i do pack it well. In my opinion, it solves the issue of "morons and idiots" trying to get a refund, and keeping the item. In your case, i'd ask him to send the item back. Test it yourself, if it works still then he was a moron and doesn't get nothing.
  9. Zelda shows us that the new controller is perfect for this series. Graphically, it looks amazing as well. Just got to hope that they make it an actual game, and not leave it as a tech demo (i'm looking at you Spaceworld).
  10. I knew it, and it is all good to know. I reckon it will be a launch title.
  11. God no, imagine the fees they'd charge.
  12. Cloud storage sounds like a good idea, just in case of meltdown of my console. And, there are always times when i've wanted to play games using my own account at a friends, but couldn't. This sure sounds like something i'd be interested in. And Beacons, that would save a lot of electricity by me not leaving my console on. Sign up guarantee.
  13. Even if they all have "Carlsberg" in the title
  14. Whoops. Happy "belated" birthday, hope you had a good day.
  15. I only got 1 CD back last time. No matter, i'll quite happily join this once again!!!.
  16. 3rd year in a row as well. It is the birthday of our resident Dane, Dannyboy-the-Dane. Now left the comfort of the teen world, and into Adulthood. Turning 20 in the process. Let us rejoyce in much needed celebration. Let us celebrate, with CAKE!!!
  17. Look out for an idiot wearing a Fez, you can't miss me.
  18. Nintendo are always innovators of how we see and play games, they bought in Motion controls. So both Microsoft and Sony bought in Motion controls, after seeing the success of the Wii. I can see both of these companies bringing in something similar to how the WiiU controller works, in time.
  19. EA doing Nintendo's online. Hmm, can they be trusted. Or will we be bombarded with rubbish??.
  20. I laugh at the trolls on Gamespot, they know nothing. And, yes. If that information is true, wow. Nintendo have finally caught up to the current gen.
  21. As many have said, only time will tell on the WiiU. Name sounds iffy, but didn't we all say that when the Wii name was revealed?. 3rd party support, well if sales are strong, i can see continued support. But i reckon things will go like the Wii and the GC, bad sales of the 3rd party games which will eventually cause all the huge 3rd party games to not be released on the WiiU, and once again all the party and dance titles getting thrown onto it instead. As a way to bring in more money for them. As long as i havn't got to use that controller to play WiiU titles, i shall be happy at least. Support for the Wii accessories for the new console is confirmed, just need titles to be developed that give us a choice of controls. Mainly 1st and 3rd party titles. Using it as an accessory, like Kinect should be for the "core" titles is the way i see it working. Overall, this E3 for Nintendo was great. Kind of expecting a little more on the way of the 25th Anniversary of Zelda, instead of just re-releasing 2 games in 3D (Links Awakening and Ocarina of Time). But over-all, i am impressed with what Nintendo have offered us. Now then, i think i'll need to get a TV with more HDMI ports by next year. Big kick in the nuts if this is true. If thats true, it is indeed a kick in the happy sack. It seems that Nintendo can't do what the other giants have done.
  22. Wow, more core titles. Just gotta hope that this support doesn't fail months after release of the Wii U. Will things go similar like the GC, 3rd party support then slow sales of these games, that could cause support to cease. Who knows, only time will tell.
  23. Arkham City on the Wii U. I just fainted again!!.
  24. If i am understanding it right, there is a new Wii console called "Wii U". The controller is that screen, which can be used when someone else wants to watch TV. It can be used as an accessory with existing accessories. And, you can use existing accessories to play the new games for Wii U and all Wii games still.
  25. Reggie, please help.
