martin and tales, play the way you feel comfortable with. More than anything I asked cause there isn't really much to go on. One thing I would say... Last night there seems to be an occurance of a light pink pokemon protecting a bright golden and pink pokemon from "rays". A killer thwarted? Due to the amount of inactivity ReZ has voiced Im more inclined to thing that its someone involved in conversation than someone lurking. Rainings brown/gold was taken out by a grey and white but it seems teh red/blue/white pokemon was targeting the same person.
-
One person Im interested to hear from is martinist. He seems to be following the game, posting several times that he has nothing to add information wise and jumping on elli pretty quick with a lynch. It might just be a different style of play to mine but I would assume that someone following the game would take part in conversation a little more. Also Giz, as people know your power already would it be alright if you pointed yourself out in the write-ups?
-
I get where ReZ was coming from. Though conversation could have been had, there wasn't enough evidence for it to be more than unconfirmed talk so I wouldn't have been able to giv any of it any credibility. I don't know if it would over complicate things but if there were a scheduled end to the day phase people would know to come back before then to vote. If conversation was still going an extension could be put in with a new scheduled end to the day.

As much as I hate No Lynch... I don't think there is enough to go on. Another night phase might give us more info to go on. Vote: No Lynch

Dammit.. too much time on my hands. I'll leave it here for a while after this. It would be convenient if someone was targetted after they said he was going to be away and can't defend themsleves. That said how many other leads are there?
-
Moogle, is there any way you could prove that you are contolling his targets? atm its a piece of unconfirmed information that we would have to believe because of your word, and we are ALL unreliable at this point in time.
-
Moogle, I can understand the frustration but words is words. You might very well be town, you might bne mafia there is nothing conclusive either way. Danny. Could the second minion in the write up be a roleblocked killer? Hence one killing last night (assuming there is a mafia killer).
-
(double post) It seems that two information gatherers have come forward. In the writeup it mentions a "minion" taking notes on the large Blue and Purple. Does minion automatically mean mafia or is it a broarder term?
-
Assuming Moogle is telling the truth with him and/or Elli are good... its a detterant for the mafia as one of their deaths would sacrifice the mafia killer cause the other would tell us who did it. It could be a cever ruse to deter mafia from killing either of them. And there is nothing saying that both of them can't be mafia. I'm NOT one for No Lynching, but just putting possibilities out there whilst I decide.
-
Well this is all going swimmingly, especially for a game that Rez said was less town weighted. People seem prepared to share information early on this time. Not meaning to throw accusations out there but revealing an investigator role early on kinda makes you a target for the mafia, even with a misunderstood power. Misunderstood power also gives room for deniability if things were to go wrong. Even if Ellimeister should be evil, he might be sacrificing himself to build faith in Giz early on in the game. I'm not voting for Giz cause I have no reason to. Im just saying that there are alternative scenarios is Giz is right. (This seems like a Giz heavy post, I apologise)

HEY YOU GAIS! My pokemon is awesome. I'm so glad I'm this particular pokemon, they are my favourite. You would be so jealous if you knew of the particular pokemon that I am. I'm the pokeMAN A Ferfetched in our midst?

*walks into the firing line* Saw the last one on Sunday and meh. It was like House with no charm. The length couldn't have helped cause it just seemed like no case had any real significance other than to show how clever sherlock is (is people have mentioned quite dr who-ish). I know the cases were linked towards the reveal at the end but all it said was he had been following sherlock rather than hint towards who it was. Plus giving the "big bad" a silly speech pattern doesn't seem like the best route.

Saw the thread pop back up and it reminded me! There are a couple of dev walkthroughs that have surfaced on gametrailers since comic con. They give you a better idea of the gameplay than the trailers this being the better of the three. http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-2010-batman-the/101780 The 2D art is beautiful (as expected from wayforward) and confirmation of the full voice cast is a relief. The gameply is still a little up in the air though. The walkthrough shows how awesome the co-op combat can be but there seems to be a suspicious lack of a block/dodge button. Lots of time spent lookng at the recovery animation. The sidescrolling puzzles in boy and his blob worked nicely but I jus worry that the action might get a little frantic to feel like you're in control of anything.

I am proud to announce that the round over. Number 9 is the pirates of darkwater. My 10 year old self would be proud, misspent childhood my ASS!

Spambot! I CHOOSE YOU!

Just moved back home from uni for the last time and unpacked the PC for some communications. Gazereth..... I choose you!

We have had this conversation before Rummy. Whilst I agree with you that it isn't stealing, I suspect the ire that you are met with is due to the fact that it seems that you are implying its not wrong. Whilst it doesn't directly take something away from someone (assuming there is some truth behind arguments that the content wouldnt be paid for anyway), for me its still a moral case of gaining something I don't deserve. No equivilent exchange. Also, what is the charge in court if suspected of illegal downloading? If the official charge is IP theft (the theft of an idea) would that end the semantic argument?

Revision doesn't mix with telecommunication very well. Sinistar you're up.

Theres nothing wrong with recylcing images when the work you are doing is an exercise in composition and layout (which is why I commented on the composition). Thats just as valid as "work", people spend their entire lives arranging other peoples images for posters and magazine covers and a well composed magazine cover can most definitely be art. It does get to be a probelm when you don't cite those sources. Even though it may have been done with the best of intentions, to a stranger it looks like you're trying to get credit for that which you have not done. If you said that it was a composition exercise in the description people know exactly what you have done and can give constructive feedback. Again, this isn't discouragement, just a tip so you don't get people getting the wrong idea and having a go. The most important thing is to keep doing stuff if you want to improve!
