after beating gears of war ... what game should i get next ...? lost planet is said to be kinda wierd...

i just bought a 360 , 2 days ago with gears of war... beat it fast (6 hours )... grafixs were amazing !! the first time around ...then 2nd time it seemed more like a game then live attack..but still DAMN!!1one i always wondered what it would be like after playing a 360 shooter like gears of war .... how wii shooters would compare after that, like redsteel .... even after the amazing grafixs ...going back to redsteel ..it stilll looks nice enough and the explosions kick ass.. in some ways redsteel is better and funner then gears of war , like controls ...(but the sword fights are SHIT, and should be either 1:1 or just removed completely). gow is a great / Short game that looks amazing ... but in the end it only left me wanting more mainly cus after playing a wii shooter you kind of look down on classic fps aiming... basically if GOW was available on 360 (which it is ;in all its beauty) and on the wii (in all its functionality, but not looking half as good ) then i would go with the wii version in a second, without thinking twice ... just like i rather own COD3 for wii rather then on 360 ... i know which one looks better , thats no mystery , controls and interactivity are now more important ... i cant stop trying to compare GOW to RE4 , its WAY better looking..... but its also NOT... RE4 is still amazing to look at..double cubes abilitys is just fine ... after beating GOW and finally experienced what 360 was all about , im thinking more about how great my wii is and metroid prime 3 (i almost soil myself every time i think about this game) p.s. i bought 360 mainly and mostly for 1.BIOSHOCK ...that game is what single handedly made me buy 360 and its not even out yet.... what a amazing looking game.......and 2.to treat my grafix-whore-ism-ness.. i have no interest in xbox live ... rather play multiplayer with normal real humans beside me in the same room....

the nearest walmart and best buy both have ps3's available but no wii's ... and last week while visiting missouri , i noticed in the walmart there , ps3 was buyable , but all the wiis were sold out ... people arnt purposly talking shit about ps3's availability ... the truth is ps3 is no were near as popular as the wii right "now".. ..and its great..: peace:

1.if i use component cables on a standard definition tv (with hi def inputs).....will there be any visual differences at all ? even if it cant be presented in better resolution , would the game atleast show up with brighter colors (due to the extra chords) 2.has anyone ever even heard of a tv with Y, Pb, Pr hi def ports (even s- video ports ) but no high def .... why would they puts the damn inputs on the thing if it would serve no purpose.....

is it possible to have a tv with hi def inputs , but not able to produce 480p....? everytime i program it to edtv and load a game the screen DIES... i would type this in a real topic thread , but i seem to have been banned from all thread creating abilities......

have you changed the settings on the Wii to 480p? just double check to be sure. genious:yay: no!! everything died when i ran zelda .. the tv has hi def inputs , but doesnt show anything when i play ...........

i just bought some 60$ component cables today .... for this and zelda and i see no real difference ..... i wanna say i do but dont i think ....basterds... and i felt all cool unrapping and pluggin it in like i was a high tech wiz...basterds

thanks.... interesting.... i think the wii will catch up to the 360 in sale numbers by mid 2007. i think japan will treat the wii like the new ds and eat it up (200,000 a week-style).... ps3 will be the last sony game machine (it loses to much money on every console it sells to turn a profit, the worst thing they can do financially ,is , sell ps3's )..especially it bluray fails sorry to be an ass... but does anyone know how many game cubes they had available at lauch and how many actually sold.....?/?

i want my money back !!!! the game would be great (even with all the control horrors) if only there were no sword fighting ...it sucks beyond anything words can describe.... i actually put some time into this game (about 80% done) , felt it out even after getting past the bad controls...i liked the action the gun parts bring ... even the grafix at time look great .... i can't get further because im forced to sword fight some bad ass ... theres no way any normal person can beat the guy without dieing afew dozen times ... i dont have that type of patience ... i almost whiped the controller at the tv... after ejecting the disc i wanted to BRAKE IT INTO SMALL PIECES AND PISS ON UM ,SO BAD.... hopefully i can sell it for anything .... farcry vengence may look bad (very bad) but its said to have played great(very great).. dont buy this game (redsteel) the sword fighting alone kills this game..... its my mission to alert everyone if you need a fps , get something else , not this ....(but youll buy it anyhow , like i did , even though i knew it would be like this) it sickens me how many people will end up getting this game .... while better , more nonshitty games sell less... i think ubisoft needs to suffer here , dont buy there crap and the they will be forced to NOT make crap.. but it will sell ....and then more crap will be made ... i hate you redsteel developers who are incharge of the sword controls and turning ....you people owe me 50 bucks...god damn it

i have dsl on my computer .. i have a wii ... how do i get virtual console games? do i need a usb adapter ? 2 of them ? were the hell can i find one?

you might have to camp out for hours , and maybe outside (dont forget a blanket)so .. call up stores WAY ahead of time and ask them if a line has formed yet... if so get there now... usually the new consoles come out at 12:01 midnight (the first minutes of launch day there all gone) which mean camp out and line waiting take place the day before .... just makin sure everyone knows this , cus i almost missed my chance .... every where here , if you werent waiting in line since the previous day (for about 8 hours ) then you were to late....

i waited in line (outside in 25 f degree weather)for 8 and a half hours for my wii on launch day ... it sucked but i was singing the whole drive home and didnt pass out that night till 7 am .... playin zelda ....god damn zelda kicks ass... dont buy red steel people ... if you need two games go with rayman or if you NEED a fps on day on go with call of duty over red steel ....thats what i would do if i could do it all over.... p.s.my wii light (the long blue one around were the disc goes in ) never stays blue its aways dim , next on ..until i insert a game , then for a split second it comes on then thats it... is that normal?

at times red steel looks alittle better then cube grafix.. but at other times it looks n64 quality .....the game kinda sucks .... only fun thing about it is its controls (which are flawed horrably)....

the lighting and the textures (maybe bump mapping effects) have been upgraded ... and the game looks more along the lines of doom pc grafix... this game is looking amazing and it also apears to be controling alot better now ... this game is looking to be the most detailed wii game yet....sprinkles!!!
