Mmm, just reading this made me reach for the packet and lighter .Its political correctness gone mad. Ive recently been in some of these smoke free pubs♣ and trust me ,THEY STINK. If there is no smoke there is the overpowering stench of sweat, dampness,stale drink from the carpets and seats, cheap perfumes and bad breath. If the government are truly concerned with our health why dont they just ban ciggarettes totaly ?. I know why they wont .
What kind of nasty dives do you frequent?
Was the floor covered in sawdust from where people had been throwing up?

This thread is excellent. Someone should sticky it, we all get new minor niggles to add to the collection on a daily basis.
Before the Excellent/Non-Excellent threads were killed they could have gone in the Non-Excellent one.
Not that I hold grudges or anything!
(To be honest I can't even remember the name of the rip-off merchant that managed to destroy them).

to be honest i enjoy lost, but would it kill the scriptwriters to put a joke in every once in a while?There are quite a few funny moments, most of them dark though.
