  1. I'll take that offer up
  2. It was released here, but it wasn't heavily marketed, was released late in the console's life and had a low print run. I still had a copy for Christmas 2001 If you get the points from the shop channel, or try and find a Wii points card for £14 (Don't pay £15 for them!), 1000 points is £7. A steal for this gem of a game, which I've only gone and bought again!
  3. I don't like the 'two games a week' pattern we're getting... But Dream Course is a great game, give it a go I would download it had I not bought it pre-owned for the SNES two days ago!
  4. Another vote for Chrono Trigger and Mario Kart GP (What's wrong with it Demonmike? I have heard a few bad impressions...). Also NiGHTS, but I'm not sure if I have the room for a Saturn
  5. Wasn't it only the second controller that had it? If I remember correctly, the first controller had the start/select buttons, with the microphone being in their place on controller 2.
  6. http://mortal.shang.free.fr/images/culte/mario%20kart/super_mario_kart.png[/img Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country 2, Lufia II and Yoshi's Island are also favourites of mine.
  7. So, you've all seen Phillips make tosh out of Zelda, but don't you know? They did the same with Mario! Just make sure to check the inclosed instruction booklet on how to get through the hotels
  8. I got them when they came out ^_^ Fantastic games, I'm a lover for Game Boy Zelda (Link's Awakening ) so it's typical of me to like them, but they're choc full of secrets and Zelda charm. Plus once you've completed one, you can move onto the other as one large adventure!
  9. Blimey, I had completely forgotten about this! I'll wait until the reviews, but Kirby platformers always entertain.
  10. *Grumbles* Nothing of my post was quoted! Bah! Great stuff, agreed about doing it again in a year or so.
  11. Good work Stocka, I'll look forward to each listing! Good to see Tales of Phantasia getting a mention, and the member quote's a good idea.
  12. I've got Pokemon Puzzle League (And Puzzle Challenge on the GBC), awesomely addictive game. I'm tempted to get the GBA one for the sake of Game Boy Micro Tetris Attack, but Dr Mario...
  13. Aww... Poor Pika Why couldn't you do Magikarp instead!? Good as usual though, I'm going to miss reading these Make another series of comics soon!
  14. Ha ha, awesome Sprout. Can't wait to see what's in that box.
  15. Now that was bizarre! Great as usual nonetheless, perhaps a little too word art heavy.
  16. Yeah, I was a little disappointed that you didn't show the celebrations for Scrooge's death, it feels as if there was a major cut made, or that there's a comic missing. No worries though, it's difficult to fit it all in, so I understand. Great comic too, and...err...Unexpected ending! Regarding the offical site, why haven't you updated it with these new ones?
  17. Excellent as usual. I'm envious of your patience too, I can never be bothered to do these things... I don't know what it is, a gut feeling just stops me.
  18. 1.Zelda: OOT(N64)-Yep, predictable be it so, it's a truly amazing game. The effort Shigeru and his gang put in is astonishing, and the attention to detail, the large quantity of side quests and some true emotion help this classic recieve the attention it deserves. 2.Super Mario World(SNES)-If there's one way you can criticize Nintendo, it's that they don't do as many 2D platformers as they used to. And this makes it all te more depressing. Mario responds to your every command with no wait, the level design is tuned to perfection and it's a game of sheer satisfaction. Just let a koopa shell off into a line of enemies, if you don't grin at your efforts then you're clearly not a gamer. 3.Super Mario Kart(SNES)-If there's one thing I can happily admit, it's that I love Mario Kart. I've enjoyed every incarnation so far (Excluding MKDS for lack of experience, I'm waiting until the 25th for it), but the SNES provides the best experience by far. The handling makes for some very challenging racing, and power sliding is a true test of your skills. Add that with well designed courses, memorable music and a fantastic multiplayer and you have the king of racers. 4.Zelda: Link's Awakening(Game boy)-If there's one game that isn't appreciated as much as I'd like these days, it's this gem. Considering the limitations of the hardware, it manages to best any Zelda game (Apart from OOT obviously) with ease. The tale of exploring the tmysterious island of Koholint is one that remains in my mind as a gamer, and it had classic moments that really puts other games of the genre (Including Nitendo's own efforts) to shame. And the dungeons? They may be flat and with one floor (with the exception of the seventh), yet the puzzles and dangers that lurk within make this a challenging and exciting journey. 5.Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal(Game Boy Colour): It's a tough call between this and it's predesscor, but I think I can hand this down as the ultimate pokemon experience. Sure, it may not do so for nostalgia sake, but the scope and suprise hidden in that cart make this some incredible achievement. Who honestly didn't get addicted to breeding various pokemon together to see the results? Who's jaw didn't drop in astonishment at the discovery of going back to Kanto? And who never experienced a linked battle and wasn't urged to push their pokemon on, no matter what the results were? An amazing experience, and proof that RPG's don't have to be traditional to be successful.
  19. Wow, that was...Unexpected! Great as usual. Wasn't expecting Samus as the ghost at all!
  20. I've been reading this since the start and I'm really enjoying it. It has the emotional feel of the original, but with some humor and Nintendo flavour to spice it up. I love the little images at the top too! Out of curiosity, how long does it take you to do each one?
  21. Now you have got to be joking!
  22. It does? Why on Earth have Nintendo released an offical one?
  23. Super Mario RPG (Complete) for £36 including P&P from ebay. I just need an NTSC SNES to play it!
  24. Lemmings has an awesome soundtrack. Some amazingly clever remixes that work suprisingly well and tunes that can easily get stuck in your head. Just a shame "Oh no! More Lemmings" had some pretty forgettable music...
