Ollie Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 So I'm looking to get a 7600GT at the moment, I was going to get the XFX7600GT XXX edition, which is around £130, but I have just seen that overclockers.co.uk are doing the BFG 7600GT for £88 at the moment. Seem's like a sweet deal and the card is well spec'd, I just haven't heard of BFG, are they ok?
Dieter Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 XXX edition aye? Is that like hardware nipple rendering? Oh and the BFG has awesome specs, I've killed hundreds with that thang.
Jon Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 Yes, BFG are on of the top Nvidia card manufacturers.
Bogbas Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 Big Friendly Giants? More like "Big (eh....) Freaking Graphics" -card Rip off doom/quake, where there is a "Big fucking gun" This could be "Big fucking Graphics" -card
Guest Jordan Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 As mentioned above, BFG are nvidia graphics cards makers not to mention they have been known to be massivly over clockable.
Kazzahdrane Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 Got a BFG 7900GT in this PC. Wasn't my first choice, wanted to go with XFX but was in short supply at retailers and I didn't want to wait. Very happy with my BFG nonetheless, great card.
Sanchez Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 I got 2 XFX 7900 GTX's today, pretty nice, albeit unrelated to this thread.
Ollie Posted August 16, 2006 Author Posted August 16, 2006 Thanks everyone. I ordered it today, should be here tomorrow. It is the last part of my PC upgrade, I'm excited!
