Fields Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 If you're a student then you shouldn't be able to afford one... Well my parents are paying for my tuition fees and rent. I should have income from my summer job, student loan, overdraught, savings, plus hopefully a fair amount of poker winnings. If my calculations are correct (which they proabably aren't), I should be able to afford a Wii and still live the student lifestyle . You just need to plan things a bit, and remember that Tesco Value is your friend!
Cube Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 Well, on top of my lame job (cleaning in school, 2 hours a day, 5 days a week - £59 a week), i get £5 a week from my parents, and another £5 every 1 ir 2 weeks for washing 2 cars. Luckily, my parents seem to have forgotten about the £150ish i owe them for my laptop (they were willing to pay £500 from money they got from selling Manchester United shares, as long as I paid the extra £150). That was about a year ago. But still, i need more money. Gonna be at least £20,000 in debt in 3 years time.
The fish Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 you could sell blood and semen lol Sorry mate, but in this country we don't get paid for it. We have to donate it.
