mcj metroid Posted June 11, 2006 Share Posted June 11, 2006 ever since the show hit the 21th century I want to know what happened to the old simpsons.The classics like the michael jackson episode! It seems all the episodes im seeing now resorts back to history having the simpsons taking the place of famous people of the past(bart as mozart,bart as jesus etc)and its pissing me off. I know a lot of shows see their decline eventually(see xfiles and pokemon)but this seemed to have happened overnight.Its like as if the writers have completely changed! The writers probably did change, writing for the same thing for eighteen years would be boring. They move on, rotate and such. From what I hear the latest season has been better).
