McMad Posted May 23, 2006 Posted May 23, 2006 For some reason my shuffle won't respond. Whenever i press a button the lights on it (green and orange) start alternately flashing and nothing happens. I have tested to see if it is in Hold. I have tried to restore it, though i'm not sure if i was successful at doing that. I don't know how to reset it. I have had it for over a year now so the warranty has expired, so can somebody help me? (Please)

triforcemario Posted May 23, 2006 Posted May 23, 2006 Error, I got that problem, its pretty much fatal, I recommend if its still under garuantee, getting it replaced from where you bought it.
