For some reason my shuffle won't respond.

Whenever i press a button the lights on it (green and orange) start alternately flashing and nothing happens.

I have tested to see if it is in Hold.

I have tried to restore it, though i'm not sure if i was successful at doing that.

I don't know how to reset it.

I have had it for over a year now so the warranty has expired, so can somebody help me? (Please)

Wouldnt expect anything less from you in a thread about iPod's, Jordan.

I'm glad the Tech Board Moderator was falling over himself trying to help.

Seriously Jordan, you shouldn't be an ass on a topic which your meant to help in, hardly good moderating practice. Moderating is far more then just locking threads.

Poor effort.

Haha, you guys suck :)

Heck, i dunno. I've never had to contact Apple before or ever had an iPod shuffle. I only help out where i can ;).

Apple do actually have a good rep on the customer service side of things. Give them a bell (probs premium rate) but they will get you sorted out prety sharpish.

No Jordan, you suck.

If you cannot help just say so, in a nice way, instead of making wise cracks. Thats what makes a good moderator.
