McMad
For some reason my shuffle won't respond. Whenever i press a button the lights on it (green and orange) start alternately flashing and nothing happens. I have tested to see if it is in Hold. I have tried to restore it, though i'm not sure if i was successful at doing that. I don't know how to reset it. I have had it for over a year now so the warranty has expired, so can somebody help me? (Please)
Charlie
Have you tried a hard reset? Look on the Apple support site to find out how to do that.. http://www.apple.com/support
triforcemario
Error, I got that problem, its pretty much fatal, I recommend if its still under garuantee, getting it replaced from where you bought it.

Cubechris
I'm glad the Tech Board Moderator was falling over himself trying to help. Seriously Jordan, you shouldn't be an ass on a topic which your meant to help in, hardly good moderating practice. Moderating is far more then just locking threads. Poor effort. Guest Jordan
Haha, you guys suck Heck, i dunno. I've never had to contact Apple before or ever had an iPod shuffle. I only help out where i can .
James
Apple do actually have a good rep on the customer service side of things. Give them a bell (probs premium rate) but they will get you sorted out prety sharpish.
Cubechris
Haha, you guys suck No Jordan, you suck. If you cannot help just say so, in a nice way, instead of making wise cracks. Thats what makes a good moderator. Fail
Arragaun
Where do you live, Mad? If there's an Apple store near you, just take it in there and they'll fix or replace it for you.
