small tac Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 The Melbourne Sun Newspaper in Australia had a report on the E3 conference where the mentioned that the PS3 had 3D control the same as Wii. Looks like Sonys plan is working.
Sooj Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 We all know this is wrong and despite what the newspaper says, it isn't the same. This paper is either making Sony looking bad by copying or they are trying to convince people that a Wii isn't needed...who knows? Meh, if a reader of the paper does blindly go out and gets a PS3 instead of a Wii believing the paper then they are only harming their own reputation as a reliable source.

The average reader has no idea Wii was released first, so no idea its copied (anyhow it aint exactly copied as it is not the same). The price of $1000 AUD for the full PS3 would be what puts off the casual gamer.
fatnickc Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 You could always write to the newspaper, expressing the truth.
Sixfold01 Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 stupid paper indeed, wii is sooooo much more delicious
Nintendork Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 Second hand evidence, second class newspaper. The Sun anyone? We Love it.. Pfft.

Cube Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 Tell them that they Sony are copying Wario Ware: Twisted's game pack, not Wii's controller....
