Tellyn Posted May 13, 2006 Posted May 13, 2006 http://uk.gamespot.com/wii/puzzle/wa...toplay=6151154 If you watch gameplay video one you will see that the controller has a strap to ensure you don't drop the controller. Haven't seen it reported anywhere but revolutionary, eh?
Serebii Posted May 13, 2006 Posted May 13, 2006 More Likely its a strap to stop you running away with the controller :p
Tellyn Posted May 13, 2006 Author Posted May 13, 2006 No it shows in the video it's a seperate strap probably for the balancing minigame.
Nintendork Posted May 13, 2006 Posted May 13, 2006 A. Dead link. B. It's just to stop problems with the limited number of units on the show floor- if one goes wrong there's 100 photographers around to show the unit not functioning and the station representative looking very worried because it isn't working.
fatnickc Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 The link doesn't work, but if it's just the white strap thing coming out of the bottom and going around the player's wrist, that was there when they played tennis at the conference too.
Jay Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 Apparently every controller at the show had a wrist strap attached and all players were recommended to put one on just incase they got carried away and threw the Wii remote whilst playing some of the more 'active' games. I wouldn't be at all surprised if we got ones included with the final system.
mario114 Posted May 14, 2006 Posted May 14, 2006 Shigsy had one on around his arm at the E3 press confrance.
