From the videos I've seen, Yes you can. Not sure how it's activated (but I'm sure I read you just bring the Wii-mote down sharply !!

What about this anti-alaising issue that one of the previewers mentioned, if this is still apparent in the final game, will it significantly affect the final review score?

Anti-aliasing problems were common this last gen, so its normal Zelda has it, we all lived with it no one got blind because of it get over it.
