Sarka Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 Hi all, Whenever I try to download anything at all from radipshare.de I can't download it... I get to the first screen, press that I want a free account, wait 30 seconds or so and then press that I want to download it. Every single time I get this error: Download-session invalid. Please click here.Possible reasons: Download-session expired. Direct-links last a few minutes for free users and a few days for premium-users. You requested this download-session from a different IP than yours. If you use AOL, try a different browser. Any ideas what might be wrong? Or does rapidshare just suck? Thanks
Bogbas Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 You have a proxy? As that might explain the IP problem.
Sarka Posted April 14, 2006 Author Posted April 14, 2006 You have a proxy? As that might explain the IP problem. Ummm, what's a proxy... EDIT: I found out my proxy is disabled...
Ramar Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 Its because you've downloaded too much off there. I think theres only a certain amount an IP can download for free.

I've never downloaded anything from there before... ever. And checking my brothers history, neither has he. It says you can download 60 megs an hour and well... I've not!
|Laguna| Posted April 14, 2006 Posted April 14, 2006 The same thing happens to me, it's bluddy annoying. Also why is it so popular? There are many other file sharing places out there yet everyone seems to use Rapidshare.

bob Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 Try doing it really quickly. if you wait too long it dies.
Charlie Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 Try going through a proxy.... Yousendit.org is the best site to use for sending large files.
Sarka Posted April 15, 2006 Author Posted April 15, 2006 Supposidly because BT is like one big proxy or something that it doesn't work with BT... there must be someway to get it working though. And what do yo umean Moria?
Charlie Posted April 15, 2006 Posted April 15, 2006 It's the same idea as Rapidshare, but it works better. No download restrictions or anything. Even though you need to email it to someone it gives you a link too so you can give it to anyone.
CVD Posted April 16, 2006 Posted April 16, 2006 I've got the same problem, it pisses me right off. I just learn never to use rapidshare to avoid disapointment.
