Tom Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 my phone has just died and i'm trying ot work out what to replace it with. my top choice is the motorola SLVR L7, but i have heard very mixed opinions on the motorola OS - what do you all think? plus memory is low and i'd need to buy a memory card, as i currently use about 20mb on my phone. second choice is the samsung D600. It looks like it has everything, but tbh i just dont think i need a phone that does that much. the sony ericsson K750i is my third choice, but i have several friends with sony ericssons who have problems with the joy sticks. plus i would rather have quad band connectivity. i am uninspired with the nokia range atm, they seem to be putting all their efforts into 3g. any ideas?
Jon Posted February 25, 2006 Posted February 25, 2006 well i agree about sony ericsson phones, my k750i can do everything, except it cant because I can't move the joystick. I 1quite like the samsung d600, my mum had the 500 and and that as a sturdy phone. I'm not too keen on the motorola's however. you might want to leave it a month or two, as the new will be out soon
Tom Posted February 28, 2006 Author Posted February 28, 2006 i just got a D600 on ebay, so the issue you have all been so worried about is solved!

Shorty Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 I was going to get a k750i but it's a bit dated now. There'll probably be a new one soon and that'll be my next phone. I've had a k700i for well over a year and I liked it, but now the camera seems crap and the battery's worn out.
