Jimbob Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 The idea came from Ville's NFL thread, anybody here watch the NBA?. Me, it's one of the few sports i watch along with F1 and Football. Many ways to watch (League Pass, "free sites" etc), and with Sky apparantly getting more matches this season (latest was the Pistons-Knicks game in London) compared to last season, it's a good time to be a fan.
Murr Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Again, Another sport I follow, and try to watch matches on weekends if possible via "free Sites" as you put it :p Knicks fan here, so currently enjoying this season, compared to last seasons shambles. Who needs Justin Lin aye? Carmelo Anthony has been godly this season.

Always kinda followed the Bulls since the days of Jordan, Rodman and Pippen, even through the times when they sucked majorily. Plus they have a British guy who is actually elite level in Luol Deng.

Lol yes I do :p
Jimbob Posted January 21, 2013 Author Posted January 21, 2013 Bulls fan myself, last Fridays game vs Celtics was edge of the seat. Last shot of normal time from Bellinelli bought in the O/T, that was a lucky shot indeed. But Saturdays vs the Mavericks was unlucky, some bad officiating and sloppy play indeed. I think they are doing pretty good without Rose, who tore his ACL in the play-offs last season. They expect him back for the play-offs this year, but many fans would like him to be back at the start of the 2013/14 season instead. Got the East vs West match Febuary, and some great names have been included for the starting line-ups.
Murr Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Not just because I support them, But genuinely surprised that only Carmelo Anthony was voted from the Knicks team. Okay Lebron & Wade from Heat are givens yes... but Tyson Chandler, Stoudamire, Kidd, Novak have all been on form this season. Okay maybe I'm biased, :p
martinist Posted January 21, 2013 Posted January 21, 2013 Used to follow the crap out of the LA Lakers but with Dwight Howard replacing Pau Gasol as a starter they've been loosing way too many games than they were supposed to. Also I hate that Ron Artest changed his name to Metta World Peace...I mean wtf Once the new season starts i'll be getting another league pass and watching the crap out of it. Loved watching it last season with the playoffs and everything. Really should get back into it

Okay maybe I'm biased, :p For the East as well, Rondo is deserved for a spot and a well earned one as well. He's been on form and is a nightmare for teams if given chances for the basket. I went for all the teams, worked out cheaper as it comes with the play-offs pack than by purchasing only one teams pack. If i have the time, i do watch some other teams. Celtics, Lakers, Raptors and the Timberwolves.
