I've never worked on something (painting/sketching/working with clay) purposely to take my mind off of things but whenever I do these things my mind is completely focused on that and usually not much else. hope it helps

My relaxation methods! - Going for a long walk with some music is smexcellent stuff, as some have suggested. I'm fortunate to have the seaside a stone's throw away so it's nice to go and sit on the beach. Except for when your ipod's broken and it's raining and fucking cold. This. Alternatively listen to Deicide while doing Bas Rutten's shadow boxing workout. Angry + tired = no more stress.
Diageo Posted February 9, 2011 Posted February 9, 2011 This is just a guess but if it is really bad you might have mild [or not] stress induced panic attacks, agoraphobia or any other anxiety disorder. If it really is getting terrible, I'd suggest a psychologist of some sort.
