ipaul Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 I've heard it's somewhat lax with accurate historical interpretation. A gross falsification. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
The fish Posted February 1, 2011 Posted February 1, 2011 I've heard it's somewhat lax with accurate historical interpretation. A gross falsification. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Knew it already. As randomly ahistorical as it is, for the most part it doesn't really matter to the story. I think, if anything, it's to make it a tad more accessible to the wider world - Winston Churchill is a character pretty much everyone in the English speaking world knows already, as is Heir Hitler as an antagonist/approaching evil.
Oxigen_Waste Posted February 15, 2011 Posted February 15, 2011 Just seen it. It was good, won't deny that. But I didn't really like because Bertie was a douche. The man didn't even write his own speeches, for christ's sake! He was a tool and completely undeserving of the prestige he's usually remembered for. Bah. 7/10. Geoffrey Rush = win.
