Paj!
I didn't know where to put this, or if it deserved it's own thread, but I was wondering if anyone could help. I ordered a CD (in stock) from Play.com on monday evening. On Tuesday morning I received an e-mail saying that there had been a problem/the back had declined it, and to reveiw my details in case. Did so (thought it might be something to do with the bank currently getting me a new pin code? Dunno), and re-entered my details again. And...it's been "processing" since then. No confirmation e-mails, or the opposite. What I want to know is, how do I cancel it? I think it might be permanently stuck in limbo, and I want this CD! I may as well just go buy it in a shop..but now it's "ordered" I don't want to buy it twice. Anyone know what to do?

Paj!
Bathe me in your light. Yeah. I just remembered I could e-mail them/phone them. I somehow assumed that the FAQ was the be-all and end-all. Thank you for teaching me. Close the fucking thread, I'm humiliated.
nightwolf
Contact Play.com to either cancel the order or get confirmation of whats happened. This, ring them I had a problem a while back when I bought a external harddrive, they didn't accept my details, but then it was sent to me. I called and told them to cancel, it was already sent so I just sent it back and got the postage.
