So, Sadam Hussein wasn't necessarily guilty and may have been framed.

Still, i would chose any solution that doesn't make criminals a burden on society over any solution that makes them a burden. That's as far as i stand on the Death Penalty argument, i'm not for it or against it. I'm more in favour of using these people though, hell i'd love to see them drafted in to the army! A bit of discipline would soon sort em out, they are already prepared to kill and you won't get tragic headlines on the front of the Daily Mail when they die.
