Daft Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 There's probably 20-50 episodes (or more) in which it happened. If they advertised it like this there would be way more chance I would watch it.
somme Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Friends would know if you played it, would they say 'that was quality' or would they say 'thats bloody harsh'? My friends would be pleased had I won more. Surely is means I'l spend more on them?
or else you will DIE Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 I have never been able to understand this game.
MoogleViper Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 Steal: Win all or win none and other person wins all. Split: Win half or win none and other person wins none. Basically if the other person chosses steal you get nothing. If you choose steal you both get nothing. If you choose split the other person gets everything. If they split then you will definitely get somthing. Either half or all. It's a stupid system. Steal is by far the best one to choose and the only way anyone would choose split if they are thick or have a big heart.
Guest Stefkov Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 He's pretty clever. Leading the other person into false belief that he is his friend and he'll split the money with him. Once he got to the final round he probably had it in his mind all along to have all the money. Pretending, playing along with the other guy leading him to think you'll go 50/50. The other guy is stupid not to think that the guy who got all the money would go for it all.
Dyson Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 It is a massively flawed show, there should at least be a pre-caution ball or something that you use if you think someone will steal. EXACTLY my view on the game. I always thought the same thing, if you choose steal, you're guaranteed to either win more money or stop the other guy from stealing from you.
Charlie Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 Best episode of Goldenballs ever. Well worth a watch if you're bored.
dwarf Posted March 9, 2008 Author Posted March 9, 2008 I guess the majority thought the guy was clever. End of Poll.
