Basically if the other person chosses steal you get nothing. If you choose steal you both get nothing. If you choose split the other person gets everything. If they split then you will definitely get somthing. Either half or all. It's a stupid system. Once he got to the final round he probably had it in his mind all along to have all the money. Pretending, playing along with the other guy leading him to think you'll go 50/50. EXACTLY my view on the game. I always thought the same thing, if you choose steal, you're guaranteed to either win more money or stop the other guy from stealing from you.
