Pit-Jr Posted December 30, 2007 Posted December 30, 2007 I think its equally as bad for the people that are desperately trying to lose weight and the ones desperately trying to put on. At the end of the day we'll never be happy with ourselves completely. Exactly. Some people are genetically determined to be thin, or large and trying to become the opposite is a monumental task. Then there are those people that are genetically determined to be the perfect height and weight no matter how they eat or exercise. I hate these people
Rummy Posted December 31, 2007 Posted December 31, 2007 Haha, you sound like me! I've not passed the 10st mark yet though, but growing up I was always thin, yet recently everytime I weigh myself, I seem to be creeping up in weight. However, my laziness(and still living in my parents' house) is keeping me in check, that whenever I'm hungry, I'm usually too lazy to make something to eat, so I kind of starve for a while, then have something basic. I think it's probably just age though, I know a few family and stuff who were thin, then hit their 20s and started putting it on, crazy stuff.
