Yup, I've just ordered it from Play.

Despite being very interested in it initially, I never got it as the soundtrack really put me off. Waaay too random, I mean, Tubthumping!? :shakehead (no offence to any fans :heh:) But what the hell is that song (and the others like it) doing in the game?

It should have been an exclusively Latin soundtrack, and good Latin like Tito Puente and Perez Prado, not cheese like Ricky Martin and Las Ketchup. :indeed:

Can't really blame SEGA though, they wanted it to appeal to the masses after all. ::shrug:

Anyway, for a fiver I'll definitely check it out. Will probably keep it sealed until the buzz from Grand Slam Tennis is over though.

If it helps, all of these pop type songs have a latin twist. The vocals in Take on Me really make me laugh :P

This is an incredibly awesome game and its such ashame its been slated so badly.

I didnt come across any control issues at all until i got onto hard mode :wtf:

I agree.. the easier difficulties work perfectly well :hehe:

When you get into Hard Mode and beyond I just feel that the Wii Remote and Nunchuk can't keep up :hmm: With a bit of practice, you will hit the correct directions more often than not, but there are many times when you'll be robbed of a better grade when it doesn't feel like your fault

It's still quite a fun game though

I would complain about the controls in hard mode if it wasnt for the fact im shit at it anyway. I can't keep up with all the different directions you have to go in :P

Hustle mode is so much fun! =D

This has been one of my arguements with others that slated the game since release.

If the controls were really that unresponsive then no matter how much practice you had you would never hit the correect directions.

You just need learn each of the tracks to work out your timmings.

It is just that this is the sort of game that just does require some practice to get 100% or at least an A or B rank which im sure is the reason why some just dont like it and so its easier to just blame the controls.

They just want a game that they can pick up and play without any effort or thought.

Now lets just say that everyone was able to hit every direction without fault, then all you would get is complaints that its too easy.

I'd say that the Wii version is much easier than the Dreamcast version. For example, on Samba ver.2000 on the challenge/carreer mode some of those levels are near on impossible to to do as the spheres are moving so fast in all directions and to complete it you need to get an 100% A rank on Hard mode.

Im living in hope that maybe we may see a sequal with motion+.
