Ramar Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 but sssshhh! And don't get caught by the spy- and malware on the way to the serialdealer. These streets are rough, ya know? I got boned on that site looking for a key for a piece of software the uni nicely gave us trial software when they were supposed to supply full software. *sigh* Careful on there.
Jasper Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 I got boned on that site looking for a key for a piece of software the uni nicely gave us trial software when they were supposed to supply full software. *sigh* Careful on there. Yeah it's pretty bad out there... I wouldn't want to go there, either. But then again, I've got a mac. I'll use it's weight to kill some privacy-thieves on the way. But I have no reason whatsoever to visit this website. Ever again...
Mr_Odwin Posted July 18, 2007 Posted July 18, 2007 Having a quick browse of Google suggests to me that there is some virus/malware/spyware present on your system. Give your system a scan with AVG/AVAST/Comodo Anti-Virus apps, or the one you have installed. Ans stop surfing sites that try to infect you with this type of stuff. Porn sites, warez sites. They all just want to exploit your computer. And how is this thread not locked for all the warez talk? You people that suggest serial sites should be ashamed of yourself. For every piece of pay software there'll be a piece of free software out there that has similar functionality. There should be links to that, not to warez. I would try Spybot, Windows Defender, regseeker, regscrub xp and ccleaner.
