Blue Dragon looks really nice, wasn't that interested in it and I really dislike most JRPGs and turn-based games, but dayyum this looks to good. Though that voice in the video is annoying as hell... The game is also made by a really solid team: Scenario, game design, music = pre-FF7 Final Fantasy (Sakaguchi, Uematsu) Character, monster, mecha design = Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger (Toriyama) Worldview, art design = Panzer Dragoon (Kusunoki) Technical engine = Blinx (Matsumoto)

I wouldn't call the story awful, everyone is over reacting. Seriously. Its no game that has deep story but thats alright, and people who say the dialog is bad, i think its really good and funny. I played quite a lot of split screen co-op yesterday, man its spoilt me and now I don't wanna play by myself...

I haven't even finished Act 1 yet (doing on hardcore as casual is TOO easy). The jump from casual to hardcore is huge... it's like: casual = easy hardcore = hard insane = legendary but theres no normal difficulty. Even though I've died quite a lot, I still want to keep playing trying to get past the place I keep dying. In most games if I keep dying I get bored and frustrated, in this it's the totally opposite. Oh man this game is def GOTY for me (so far). Online is loads of FUN too.. gonna try split-screen co-op soon.

The Framerate is a silky smooth 30fps for the whole game except for cutscense but atleast it's not intefering the gameplay. No, I just think it sad how people are playing the game just for the achievement points.
