  6. I bought a HTC Desire S on the 3 network from eBay, £210 I'm on Vodafone guys need some unlocking advice people, would really appreciate it.
  7. I saw the image of the Bold 9900 and it looked beautifully designed, September is a long way away. 24 month warranty looks attractive, on top of its attractiveness. If it can browse fast, use google maps, timer/interval timer app, voice recorder and spell-check i'm interested, otherwise it's the Desire S sim-free in a month or so's time.
  8. Right, ok. I'm due an upgrade right now and I'm using a really frustrating HTC Magic device. The Blackberry Bold 9900 looks very interesting and is out in August. Oh my aim is to buy a phone outright as well in order to keep my monthly costs low.
  9. Hey guys, Any chance of a HTC Desire S price drop by August time?
  10. http://twitter.com/#!/xCyrusAndLovato/status/46398988970246144 RIP: Satoshi Tajiri. Oh. Hold on, it's fake apparently.
  11. I'm looking at the HP Pavilion DM4 and it looks pretty decent to me. I don't plan to play any games on it, just use graphics/cad/web building programs and possibly video editing software *Update* HP have waay too many variations for my liking so I'm going to go for the Samsung Q330 instead. One type, job done. I'll give it a few days, sell my 3 1/2 Acer for a ton and then order away. Light laptop awaiteth
  12. The reason I wanted e-ink was so that I can read ebooks more comfortably, I get sore eyes on my laptop and I'm guessing the iPad wouldn't be any different. That Ink Adam does look interesting I agree.
  13. Gotcha, I'll keep that in mind.
  14. I get you, but I was hoping someone out there knew of a product that had the best of both worlds. I have an iTouch 1st gen which has a broken home button a couple weeks after the warranty ran out, so an iPad would be my very last option. I hear the Kindle doesn't allow you to put your own documents in the Kindle until you have gone through Amazon's email service first. I mean, what kind of bullshit is that?
  15. Hi all, I would like to buy one today hopefully, recommend any tablets or ebook readers? I would like an e-ink one please. Barnes and Noble's Nook is winning at the mo' Cheers
  16. Anyone seen any seen any good deals for webcams and microphones lately? I just want to use Skype smoothly and maybe do some video blogs in future. If not i'll just go for the Life Cam VX-6000, or maybe something of better value if there is such a thing.

  20. Ok thanks for the info.
  21. I'm using the PS3 eycam on my laptop, however the video and sound quality isn't great but that might be due to the fact that O2 broadband has issues! Am I better off buying a webcam designed specifically for a PC?
  22. I would like to install windows 7 64 bit on my Acer today but I worried about functionality, drivers for printers, adobe and CAD programs not working. Should I wait a while?
  23. Good good. I ordered mine from Amazon last night, super saver delivery. Let's see what happens. The goods arrived this morning. I'd say that was pretty fast, really wasn't expecting it til after christmas.
