Stronglifts is awesome
One thing I would say.... expect to get very hungry when the squats become a challenge. Its really normal... and your body will be running like hot shit so you can get away with a few extra calories -

Hmmmm. Coldsores do suck big time.. I've been quite ill recently with doses of colds n such and I've got one (they are also known to appear when yer immune system is taking a hammering)

Meh..... He works 11 hour shifts on tue, wed, fri, sat (not finishing until late) and I work 9-5 monday to friday. Throw in a 30 mile travel, him not having a car, and we're doing well to see each other once a week.

It's scary how just being out by a teaspoon of flour/sugar/milk/egg can be a complete disaster in some recipes.....
I added an extra tablespoon of flour to my GF bread recipe once, and the whole thing stuck to the paddle of the breadmaker and spun round, instead of being mixed o_o

Banana bread with three swirled layers of Nutella throughout.
Going to eat this later after cooling...from the nibbles I've had...this is fucking epic stuff.
