  1. There's a box set of the first 3 seasons that you can buy, don't know my euros so I don't know if it's that much. Season 4 isn't out on DVD yet, 13 episodes from season 4 are being brought out in the US at the end of November (called Volume 3).
  2. TV.com isn't official, http://www.familyguy.com is. 4 seasons, jeez, this is almost as disturbing as that cartoon I watched the other day.
  3. it isn't season 5, it's still season 4, check the official episode guide. dont see why people reckon it's season 5 just because the show wasn't on for a few weeks, same people that reckon Futurama had 5 seasons. Other than that the show's great, so glad it's back, I'd have rather had Futurama back instead but I'm not complaining.
  4. If you've got a "Borders" bookshop nearby (locations here "http://www.bordersstores.co.uk/LctnDrct.html") they stock "Entertainment Weekly", they tend to be a few weeks behind though, went into one last week and they had the one I'd bought in the US 3 weeks before.
  5. NGC, SFX and NOM (seriously considering stopping buying NOM), started reading Empire and Total Film recently too.
  6. Fox have the TV rights to Firefly for 10 years, Universal have everything else (including rerun rights, which is why it's now being reran on SciFi in the US), if after 3 films Universal decide they want to make a TV series they will have to renegotiate with Fox to be able to do so (unless it's 2012, by which time I believe the TV rights will be up for grabs). Unless Fox realize they made a mistake and offer Joss and Universal bucketloads of cash to come back to TV rather than making another 2 movies.
  7. Was lucky enough to see "Serenity" a few weeks back, and I can say that it really is one hell of a film, dramatic, scary, funny, it has everything, along with great acting, a good story, and excellent special effects. People who loved "Firefly" should love this movie (if they're willing to accept that not every single thing they loved from the series can be fit into a 2 hour movie (be patient, if this makes Universal money they're signed up for 2 more movies)). People who never saw "Firefly" should give this movie a chance, I thought that everything you would need to enjoy the film was provided, there are just a few lines and references that they won't get like the "Firefly" fans will. Can't wait till October 7th to see it again.
