Ok, looks like they are no good then, never mind, thanks for your replies. I did try to register two, but got error messages, and wasn't sure if I was just getting the message as they had already been registered, being that I brought the games second hand. looks like I will have to find another way to get that game and watch collection! am i right in thinking that this will be a club nintendo product only, and not released in shops as a general release? or will we see it in the shops in 6 months time?

does anyone know if you can still register gamecube game stars? I have been buying gamecube games as a back catalogue for my wii and have about 10 cars each with 250 or 400 points, but i'm not sure if they are valid? Please let me know if you can help!

what are the controls like for it? can it be played via the old turning the wii remote sideways, or is a a wagglers heaven type of game? Considering getting it for christmas along with NSMBW and A Boy and His Blob, but I prefer to sit down and play with the remote turned sideways.

Ok... that video has to be sped up majorly, i could never play a game if it was played at that speed, I have no idea what I even just watched!

my local asda has punchout in thier 2 for £25, has never been £7.50 tho. with New Super Mario Bros, does anyone know if you can play with the classic controller or gamecube controller? I have 2 wavebirds and a classic controller, but only 2 wii motes, so if you can't I may need to get another 2 wii motes, making it a very expensive job!

I've got to say, i think the bumping into each other makes the game more tactical, if playing against each other i'd certainly make sure i didn't stop right on the edge of a pit, and as for the problem of everyone getting on one square, I can't really see how that holds up, firstly, why would everyone want to be in exactly the same place? that must be one special place. there is just no need to all be in the same spot.

I really hope they have got RARE developing back for Nintendo and we could be looking at a donkey kong country wii or Banjo game! simply not gonna happen, but we all live in hope...

I really hope you can get it in the normal case too, not just red. I think I have OCD when it comes to things like that, My Wii Games all need to match! It was the same with gamecube, wouldn't buy Mario Kart Double Dash with the red case, had to get the black case version! don't even get me started on players choice cases...

anyone have any ideas on pricing? i'd imagine it will retail at the same price as the standard wii? looks like a nice console, debating selling my standard wii to get this one, as I've been wanting wii sports resort for a while now.

Mario Party 8.... Total Disaster, so much more could have been done with the control system... and every other final fantasy since IX, always seem to buy them in the hope of another gem like FFIX, but never delivers.
