Actually puts my mind at ease about the whole situation -
Increased, yes I didn't say otherwise, but the amount it increases each year has diminished. You can't drop it without first dropping the amount you add to it To be fair, that works in percentages and so can be skewed that way, but yeah I agree. Not saying either party is perfect. They all suck :p I dunno, they've done a lot to help people. My mum's business has thrived since they were in power. Minimum tax amounts have gone up. Allowances have gone up. It's not like people think where they only help the rich.

Maybe some people actually checked and liked their policies rather than the constant anti-Conservative propaganda on social medias :p It's not like the Conservatives have destroyed the country the last 5 years. They've reversed, or begun to reverse, a lot of damage left by the previous government (annual increase to the deficit has dropped considerably, unemployment down, benefits being capped etc.), but these things do take time. I feel it's fine for them to have another 5 years to enact their plans. 5 years is too short for any leadership to do what they promised. If after the next 5 things still suck, then to hell with them. Not like Labour etc. haven't screwed the country before, too. They're all as bad as eachother But

Actually it did amount to something. I noted that things would be revealed hat would be up in arms and I cryptically said "I'll see you guys in...I dunno...August". This was in reference to the Friend matchups which were delayed to August. I even PM'd the mods ahead of time to warn them that this was going to happen. Check facts first before trashing me please Also, the reason there's a thread for Splatoon Direct, and the same reason I make threads for game Directs despite your protests is because people don't continually check each game's threads. By posting a thread for game-specific Directs, it makes people aware of the Direct and gives them a discussion place for it.

Today was the first time I included an insult in a post because I have had it with Wii.
Wii and others akin to him are why activity has died down here. I have spoken to numerous people who seldom post now because it has become such a negative place and positive people just get jumped on.
Am I a bit stubborn in my views? Sure, but I don't insult other people.

I intended to leave the threads when the bitching about the delayed features started...that's just about to heat up and I am about to take my leave. The Wii stuff was irrelevant to that point
I'm just offering my advice here in how to mod because I run a forum which a crapload of users, some of whom act like Wii, except they only act like Wii a couple of times before we actually stop that behaviour and it's shocking that you guys allow it to continue.

Are you talking about the Mii Fighters? -We knew the amiibo stuff already. It's just rejigs of already existing challenges. Are we not over this yet? What is this, 2012? The GamePad is a vital bit of kit for this game. You need it to quick-travel to parts of the map and to see the progress of covering the map with ink and if your teammates need help. Anyway, I promised the mods earlier this week I'd leave the Splatoon when the flamestorm begins about the delayed parts announced in the Direct so I shall now take my leave.

The game does make some serious use of the GamePad's touchscreen though. Wouldn't quite work without it really, except in 1v1

Nice impartiality you have there. No wonder @Wii has run amok on this forum, continually shitting up threads with his crap (as seen this morning in the Nintendo theme park thread, among countless others over the last months) when you, and the rest of the staff, are just enabling him and threatening the users who try to stop his bull rather than dealing with the actual issue. Go ahead and ban me if you wish, but you're just proving my point.

You seem to not understand how leaks work. Leaks are either real, or they aren't. People can't leak and get some stuff right but other wrong for it to be a legit leak. There are guesses based on what we knew and what is likely. That doesn't make it a legit leak.

Erm no. That leak wasn't legit. Just because they said "There's a demo" and there was a demo doesn't make it legit.
