Lush, i was just about to make a similar thread. Theroux is really funny, eccentric and a nice sort of guy. I watched a programme about gambling he did a few weeks back and i loved it. Hopefully he'll make a lot more of these types of programmes in the future

I went to fulham today to see them play portsmouth (i was supporting portsmouth, because the friends i went with are fans. The game was average, a few good attempts on goal. I have to say the Portsmouth goal which came really early was brilliant, but unfortunately they conceded near the end. I guess overall it was a fair result. I was overjoyed to hear the 4-1 scoreline for Manu, and i guess i was glad for Liverpool with the same result. However, i was peeved off that I listened to 5 Live radio for the full 94 minutes of Chelsea v Watford, and then chelsea score at 92. I was absolutely gutted, it would have meant 8 points in the lead, but no. Foster did a great job for the majority of the game apparently, and its a big shame that all the effort was to result in the way it did. Someone cheer me up

I disagree with you. He doesnt need pace because he uses balance and skill from afar and makes enough space to get a cross without the fanci stuff. He doesnt need to do step overs when he can get the ball in at pace in the right positions far away. As for tackling, he isnt great but his short passing is fine. Obviously you wouldnt put him on the left, youd put Lennon/Cole there because they're good with both feet, its just that i was comparing the two of them. Downing puts in a hopefull floaty ball to the far post where 1. the goalkeeper/defender find it easy to get something on it because its in the air for half an hour 2. its hard to get any power on a header he should still be in the squad even if he is injured, hes had a stormer of a season over at Real Madrid. He would add the cutting edge and id bet hed assist bags of goals; and get those vital free-kicks

Even though it was 3-0 i am still not convinced. We have no-one that can cross the ball in well, apart from Gerrard and maybe sometimes Lennon. We need David Beckham back, as the fans were shouting. You dont have a PS3 do you? If so, good for you. The price will drop sooner or later and when it does customers will have to take it on the chin. there will be some great games on all systems, but this gen is really a matter of 360 or wii and yeah, that queue is pretty bad... Actually i think you do have one, i remember you talking about motorstorm if im correct?

well duh! everyone is waiting for metroid, itll be the best game that comes out on wii until another one pops up, with galaxy close behind. out of your list id go with vanguard, because its aimed at wii

so what internet games can you play on wii? i think the channel is alright, speedier than i thought it would be, but you definetly need a keyboard and more options im glad they called it the trial version
