I don't really know. Maybe a 3rd person thing like Alan Wake, solving mysteries/puzzles but just get rid of the god damn guns! I don't think a full £30 game like Lemmings is value anymore, which is why we have PSN.

Really didn't like the Bionic Commando demo, couldn't get on with the controls and not being able to jump was just annoying, especially when you had to swing over a 1ft high box. I also think some puzzle games would be nice, OK there are a few entries on PSN but I'd like a large puzzle based game, don't know what I have in mind but it's another thing I think this gen hasn't seen quite as much popularity.

So I'll be getting it, Flameboy, Mat, Cooky & Choze also. Sounds goooood.

Yes this thread has probably been done before but I am bored, just glance at time of post. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OK so with the PS3 I have found that all of my shooting, adventure, racing and niche game needs have been fulfilled. However there is one game, or rather, one genre I really want back. His name is Mr.Platformer. It seems to me that no-one is making him anymore and it's me doing all the jumping up and down in frustration, not a little icon on the television. With the Wii there is a great array of platformers and I would like to see some HD efforts. I don't care whether it's 2D or 3D I just want a new and original title. So what game would you like, or what sort of game do you feel is missing on your system(s)?

LBP is crying out for Rayman remakes, I swear it suits the game perfectly! Is there much point in doing an equality level because I think generally people understand the concept, they probably wouldn't want to hear about it whilst having a fun session of LBP, and unless it's ruddy brilliant only a few people will ever play it? You really need to check out the Sci-Fi level though, it's astounding.

OK some simply brilliant levels I've seen after 20 mins of playing. First one being Sci-Fi World 3, which whilst it's mainly just a showcase of what can be achieved artistically in LBP, it was just so enjoyable to watch. Unbelieveable even. Then there was a quite inspired pencil level that obviously took inspiration from the great Rayman art levels, with different stationary obstacles and clever tricks etc, plus the bobbly eyes looked so Rayman-ish. If they made a 2D Rayman pack for this I would cream myself. Everyone should get playing this again.

The whole thing should be 4 weapons and 4 beams, however, maybe they could've thrown in a few more checkpoints and make the enemies reappear slightly less often. Chozo ghosts freaked me out even if they weren't powerful, so going into a room knowing I'd hear th scream was annoying, especially when you have to go through the room twice in fairly quick succession.

Superbad was poor, and I have to agree with your sister because the Cloverfield ending was diashitical.

Never did I have a problem with platforming in Prime. They don't exactly make it difficult and isn't it obvious where your feet are. If you're talking about FPS platforming go complain at Mirrors Edge, that's what the game is almost entirely based on. Arguably it worked, although I only played the demo.

It was quite good but as a 'quiz show' it doesn't quite work somehow. As I said I'd prefer another screenwipe.

Conversely, games have a much greater difference in HD than the benefit films get from blu-ray. They are both significant but gaming is just so amazing, especially 1080p stuff.

Was going to make the thread but thankfully checked first to prevent another dickhead move from myself. I'd prefer a new Screenwipe series but anything with Brooker in has to be brilliant so I can't wait. The guy uses swearing to unbelievable comic effect and there's so much to like about him.

I'd love to be washed of my memory from playing the Primes again. There's too much good to say about them and what's more I played them without knowing a single thing about Metroid or seeing a single trailer or screenshot. I need to do this more but it's just impossible.

inFAMOUS nowhere to be seen then. Not surprising because yesterday I saw the first Playstation advert since the original Heavenly Sword 'This is Living' ad. The recent one was for Transformers the game..... Why don't thy advertise the high quality titles. It's kind of cool being a relatively small member of the PS3 club but Sony really shoot themselves in the foot because no-one knows what the new playstation is capable of. As far as a muggle is concerned you can just play videogames on it.

No I'd say it isn't unless a lot of your friends play on the new maps. They're good for a week or so but I wouldn't say they demand £5 each pack of 2. They'll probably give a lower price for them at some point.

No doubt Choze will be ecstatic at the news that there will be new DLC, this time it has different game modes and weapons however and each map will be updated to include the new additions. Trailer here: May or may not get it, looks interesting.
